Excellent quality composite fence but
Excellent quality composite fence panels for the price, bought them for existing concrete posts and concrete gravel boards 6’ wide and 6’ high. With the trims, the fence panels had to be cut down by hand to get an accurate fit within the concrete posts, 54 panels plus aluminum trims. I don’t remember reading this in their advertisements ! Also the delivery is to kerb side only, no effort to bring them into the garden.

Regarding the need to cut the panels to fit existing concrete posts, this is noted on all relevant product pages as well as in the installation guide. We always try to make this as clear as possible and are reviewing how to highlight this even more prominently.
In terms of delivery, we’ve checked the delivery photos and can see the items were placed and stacked at the back of your drive in front of plant pots, beyond the kerbside. That said, we completely understand how important a smooth delivery experience is and are always looking for ways to improve our service.

Good product, easily installed and delivered on time.
The front end was slightly less efficient as we had to chase quotes and sample sets etc but it all worked out in the end 👍

31 Fencing panels delivered on time, both drivers extremely helpful, quality of product is first class, only slight problem there were 2 post inserts missing but a phone call to Alpha's office and the problem was sorted, missing parts arrived within two days. all in all exellent product and service, would recomend to anyone.

Composite fence system
Delivery arrived on time, alot for the single delivery guy to unload so felt I should help him. Well made product but having to slot out each post to accommodate the panels is time consuming. It looks very smart when in place & should last longer then wooden panels. Overall very pleased.

We appreciate you noting the effort involved in unloading, while our deliveries are single-person, we’re always reviewing ways to improve this part of the service. We understand that slotting out the posts can be a little more time consuming during installation, but it does allow the panels to fit perfectly. Once in place, they require very little ongoing maintenance, making them a long-lasting and low maintenance.

It started with great service by…
It started with great service by supplying a sample pack of fencing free of charge. When I was hesitant about the colour for a second fence I was planning to replace, Chelsea made sure I received a second pack of samples to reflect those colours. From the samples, you could get a hands on feel of the quality of the product.
The ordering and delivery process was easy and they made sure that I was kept informed at all times; receiving emails and texts (even an hour before the goods were delivered) to ensure I was not inconvenienced. The goods arrived in their own van, and checked thoroughly by the driver.
The fence was easy to install and looks really good.
I plan to replace more fencing later on, and will certainly be using them for that
