I found Alpha Funding to be very proactive and appreciated being gently nudged forward with any outstanding requirements needed to secure a loan.
I was disappointed to “not fit the criteria for a longer term loan”, which was not explained to me. Thus my loan is a much higher interest rate repayable over 12 months only.
This should be much clearer communicated.
