J'ai loué ce qui était censé être une Renault Clio 5 ou similaire chez Alocar à Antalya, mais à la place, j'ai reçu une Renault Symbol totalement inappropriée. Après avoir insisté pour un échange, ils m'ont proposé une Fiat Egea qui était encore moins adaptée à mes besoins. Toutes leurs voitures semblaient accidentées et étaient constamment louées sous réserve. De plus, la voiture avait de sérieuses difficultés à avancer dans les pentes, rendant mon expérience de location extrêmement décevante. À éviter à tout prix.

My wife and I were traveling together in Turkey, so we booked a compact car through Discovercars with aloCar in Antalya.

The flight was delayed by 30 minutes, and when we arrived at Antalya airport, there was no one there. We contacted them via WhatsApp, and they came to pick us up. They told us we were lucky because they normally cancel the reservation. We mentioned that we had indicated the flight number on Discovercars. The guy was quite nice, so that part was fine. They were not to blame for the delay, and we don’t know if Discovercars passed them the flight number. So far, so good.

When we arrived at the office, he tried to put a hold on the card, and it failed. I called my bank (an international call lasting 10 minutes, imagine the cost of the call), and the bank told me that they didn’t see anything at all. There was no denial because there was no transaction. He tried twice, and it returned a provisioning error. He told us we had to get full insurance, and he did us the favor of leaving it at €10/day. Luckily, I kept the receipt of the provisioning attempt because the error is PL415, which, according to Isbank (their bank), is an error when trying to withdraw the provision, not make it. That is, he tried to withdraw the provision, which obviously returns an error because no provision was made. I filed a complaint with Discovercars and opened a case with Isbank to get their confirmation of the PL415 error.

And the last thing is that instead of a compact car, they gave us a van!!! Why would I want a van for 2 people to travel around Turkey? It’s true it only had 18,000 km, but I booked a car. The van's fuel consumption, especially with Turkey's mountainous terrain, and the size for parking... And another thing: the guy told us it was diesel, and luckily I checked the tank at the gas station because it was petrol. I also verified it with the vehicle’s registration, which stated it was petrol. If I had put diesel in as he told me, imagine the mess that would have caused...

Do not use this company, accused credit card company of not providing deposit then charged 20€/day to give the vehicle. Alternative was to return me to the airport 🤬🤬😤

Vehicle had 150,000km and very old with cracked windscreen, it then had an engine problem and they refused to replace.

Absolute disgrace. Zero stars.

All'apparenza sembra una agenzia di noleggio affidabile... consegnano macchine belle e gli operatori sembrano professionali, peccato non rendano la cauzione per il noleggio dell'auto. In un unico messaggio hanno dato colpa alla banca che ha problemi e sono scomparsi... non rispondano ne alle email ne ai messaggi.
Fatto sta sono passati 3 mesi da quando abbiamo noleggiato presso di loro a kayseri (cappadocia) e ancora non abbiamo avuto indietro la cauzione del noleggio ne informazioni a riguardo!! sconsiglio!
