I booked my return journey from the UK to Pakistan via Saudi Arabia through Almuslim Travel, including an Umrah package as part of the same booking.

Overall, I had a mixed experience. I would especially like to appreciate Mariam, who was extremely helpful, kind, respectful, and professional throughout the booking process. She was always supportive and polite, and I am genuinely grateful for her assistance. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.

Unfortunately, my experience with some of the other staff members was disappointing. I was given information that did not always match what happened in practice, which caused confusion and frustration.

The biggest issue occurred on my return journey from Pakistan, when my flight was delayed or cancelled, and I was only informed around three hours before departure. This left me with insufficient time to make alternative arrangements, and I ended up missing my flight.

I received a refund of approximately £195, which I felt was insufficient given the circumstances. As I was unable to get the assistance I needed from the company, I had to arrange and pay for another flight myself.

I appreciate the support Mariam provided throughout the booking process, and I want to make it clear that my appreciation for her is separate from my disappointment with how the overall situation was handled by other members of staff.

I hope Almuslim Travel takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication, customer service, and handling of unexpected flight changes. Customers deserve timely updates, clear information, and proper assistance, especially when travelling internationally.

A special thank you to Mariam for her kindness, patience, and professionalism. She made a positive difference to my experience, and I wish her every success in the future. May Allah bless her. ❤️
