Just started but am quite perplexed that I have to add 3/4 cup of powder to 14oz. of liquid. It was like drinking soggy sawdust, no matter how much I blended

Love!! My bf has been using Almased awhile and it worked great for him.. I'm on end of day 2.. shakes and broth only.. usually I want to keep eating even if full, or eat just to eat..but I'm not hungry at all, and I don't feel like eatiing. I've never felt like this before! The detox is minimum 3 days up to 14 days and then start food again. I didn't think I could go 3, but right now I feel like I could make it a lot longer.

I have lost over 30 pounds in 3 months by using Almased. I workout daily and take the shake 3 times a day for the first 3 days and continue to follow the diet plan of decreasing the shake intake and eating a meal. This is the best diet product Ive ever used. If you follow the diet plan…you will lose weight!

Have to say Almased is the best tasting protein drink on the market. It does curb your appetite and give you energy. Will check back with results in a few months.

Great product. I stumbled upon this one by accident at a german Muller store. I was looking for tasty shake for my breakfast. Almased is top quality. You can feel it the first sip. It turns off any hunger and cravings. I can drink three shakes a day without thinking about food. I feel more energy, sleep like a baby. Absolutely recommended!

I started menopause about 10 years ago. During that time, I was gaining weight out of nowhere. I knew it had to be because of the hormonal changes, but I was not happy about the way I felt and looked. I never gained any weight my entire life until I hit menopause. A family member introduced me to Almased - because of the nutrition and health benefits it advertised, I thought it was worth giving it a try. Every day, I drank Almased once daily for a breakfast meal replacement. I noticed that it kept my weight from creeping up and I was able to manage my hot flashes better. In fact, during the day, I felt energized and at night, I slept more soundly without the night sweats while on the Almased. Also, it helped my hair from falling out. Because Almased made a difference to my health, I continue to drink it to this day as a protein, vitamin, and mineral supplement to help me feel great about my body and health. My mother-in-law, when she was alive, also drank Almasedd to keep her strong and healthy. She was 92 years old and didn't chew well, Almased was perfect for giving her the nutrition that she needed.

Almased is the only thing that worked for me. It's super high quality. You just need to know how to mix it with berries or bananas to make it taste good. It really makes me feel full and it totally works.

Very expensive. One container lasts 3-4 days. I’m on my second container so I can’t say if it’s been effective yet. It doesn’t taste very good, but I make mine with a bottle of cold spring water and add ice. It’s more palatable that way. You will eventually get used to the taste. I’m using it as a meal replacement and only eating one meal a day. Time will tell if I lose any weight.

I prepared my first shake. I added fat free chocolate syrup. I fortunately I couldn't finish it. 1) tasted really bad. 2) It gave me a stomach before I could finish it. Now I'm stuck with the remainder and out a lot of money. I'm disapointed it didn't work out for me.

I used Almased and followed the directions and while hard to believe I lost 50 pounds. I lost about five to eight pounds each month so it was not quick but if you are in touch with your body and can "feel" your fat then in about three days of starting just the shakes I could tell that the hard fat was softening. That was motivation as I felt the fat getting less and less. It gave me energy and while Its not tasty, in my opinion "'so what" .. I made a hard decision that my health mattered more than gratifying my appetite and I came to the truth that my body is not free to eat whatever I want to. I have to get real or get fatter and I can't stand myself when I am overweight.. If you follow directions ( suck up the taste and the lack of food ) but you can't cheat and it takes will power, sorry but it does. Honestly, this product works for me and it is my "go to" for the removal of pounds when I find that I have been lax and gained weight. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS! I believe people think you can just add a shake to your "sort of diet" and simply by the addition of the shake your weight will fall off. That is not the principal here! You have to reduce your food intake, and Almased helps you do just that by keeping your energy up and your appetite down while you are transitioning to eating less and choosing healthier foods.

You have to continue buying week after week and sometimes the product seems to settle You will have very little in certain cans and the money adds up so I stopped buying it.

THIS IS THE SECOND CAN I HAVE PURCHASED FROM CVS. MY FIRST CAN HAD MORE IN IT THEN THIS SECOND CAN IT IS MISSING LIKE 3 SERVINGS. I JUST WANNA KNOW WHY THESE CANS COST ME $41 TO GET CHEATED OUT OF THE SHAKE. I JUST WANNA KNOW WHY???

I tried a can of this and I didn't find it helped and surely was awful tasting! I have done healthy foods for years,liking the taste of things other ppl don't, but I couldn't handle this.To each their own tho

I was a little hesitant to start Almaseed as I am so wary of slimming drinks. I decided to start with one shake a day in the morning as I'm not much of a breakfast eater. I've noticed some weight loss on the one shake a day but the thing that prompted me to write this review is the energy it gives me! I've always felt sluggish and tired these past couple of years. Using Almaseed I've gotten a spring back in my step, I have so much more energy which has really lifted my mood. It's helped me feel happier, healthier and more energetic which for me is amazing. I'll be recommending to my friends.

I love this product! It's perfect when I don't have much time in the morning or don't know what I want to eat. It makes me feel energetic and healthy. It reminds me of a liquid corn bread muffin.
