Rouge casino…
This site is owned/operated by Topia solutions NV.
This casino as well as other sites owned by Topia solutions NV is allowing the U.K. general public to sign up, play and Deposit without obtaining the required licence needed from the UKGC.
It is required by the U.K. gambling commission that in order for any online casino that promotes their product to the Consumers of GB must obtain a valid licence from the UKGC. This casino does NOT.
Any casino that does this should be classed as a rouge casino.
They will try and say that their terms and conditions state that it is up to the player to be a wear if gambling is illegal in their jurisdiction.
Well gambling in the U.K. is not illegal so their terms and conditions to not justify this!
It is in fact their responsibility to block U.K. players not the other way around.
I strongly advise That people refrain from signing up here, please read all reviews from many other sites, a lot of review sites have this and other casinos from Topia Solutions as BLACKLISTED for this very reason as well as others.
I can not stress enough that you really need to look at all reviews from other sites.
