Paid $50 for an electronic item and got a completely different plastic cheap version that doesn’t work. They said to ship back to China for a refund because they know i won’t pay $100+ to do that from the USA. Don’t buy anything from here. I’m annoyed i was so dumb. Says “PayPal” trusted to I did. Unfair they can get away with this scam.

I ordered a robot vacuum and they sent a cheap vacuum that is nothing like I ordered. This type of customer service gives China a bad reputation because they are not sending the right product to fulfill the order. I want a refund!

If I could write this place a zero I would definitely do it! I spent $60 on a remote control robot that was supposed to be wet and dry vacuum! It is called the perfect life smart vacuum and it supposed to be like the I robot Roomba . They sent me at three dollar plastic toy that does not even work! It is the biggest piece of crap you ever saw! Never said it was coming from China And it is impossible to get your money back! Very disappointed in PayPal for taking apart in this! I’d like to find a way to get my money back as money is tight for me monthly. If anyone knows how I can do this please let me know!

Don't buy from this company.I thought I was buying nice cleaning robot but they sent me some junk not worth more than $5. I am working on to have refund by Paypal

Can`t believe I fell for this con! Used Paypal to pay and they alerted me within 2 minutes that this was suspicious and did I want to cancel the transaction. I responded to cancel and I see where they did. But then a piece of crap, not even close to what I ordered, showed up to my house. Checking Paypal I see they issued the payment. Looks like I need to go back to PayPal.

Garbage. Complete garbage. Don't buy the clean robot. It is not what is advertised. It has close to zero suction and doesn't even move. I feel like a total idiot for buying. I should have known better.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Tried to buy the V5 Pro with remote and got send a toy. Going to start the process through paypal for a refund. Horrible! The stupid website is down now.

I got conned too - cheap robot toy vacuum and not the V5s Pro ordered. Currently seeking refund through paypal. Not holding out any hope.

The vacuum they send you can be bought on eBay for less than $20, it is not the one they describe and picture, it even comes in a cheap Chinese written box. It is useless and doesn't even move, not even a remote and NO BRISTLES OR BRUSHES.

Robot vacuum scam!..........Well documented Paypal refunded my money!!
Told them it was a scam and that the website said there is no need to return items less than $70 I paid $69.95 so it was sorted. I demanded my money paypal were not very good tbh and it took several emails and a call. But I kept quoting 'Buyer protection' and was not going to be fobbed off!

Company is a scam. They send a plastic "vacuum" worth about $5, NOT what they advertise. And Paypal won't refund unless you spend more than the purchase price of the item to return it to China

Habe - wie soviele andere - den iV6 pro bestellt und das hier bekommen: vehemo Smart Vacuum Sweeping Cleaner Robot Floor Cleaning Robots Dry Wet Dust Movable Household Vacuum Cleaning Tool 2 Colors (links sind hier leider nicht erlaubt).

Allwayshop verweigert die Annahme der Rücksendung (die natürlich versichert auf eigene Kosten zu geschehen hat, ENTGEGEN der Angaben auf der eigenen Webseite!!).

Ich kann nur jedem raten, mit dem Fall zur Polizei zu gehen. Der Erfolg ist zwar fraglich, aber evtl hat man so annähernd die chance, zumindest sein Geld via Paypal zurück zu bekommen. Derzeit weigert sich nämlcih Paypal noch, mein Geld zu erstatten da der Verkäufer die Annahme verweigert hat.

Meiner Meinung nach hat das Ganze System.

dreadful scam and con. They send something not at all as advertised and then say send it back only via DHL or UPS - cost is 3 x what you paid for the item. Luckily paypal refudned me but this is A SCAM

terrible. Item completely different from that which was advertised. No refund offered. They say you can return the item but I'm not paying to return this crap.

I bought here an Ilife V5s robot, arrived is electro scrap finest quality. Have now opened a Paypal case.

Complete bait and switch SCAM! I ordered a perfect life V5s pro and received some piece of crap " clean robot". I have emailed and called the company, I want my money back or the product I ordered!

Total scam! Pretends to accidentally send you a PIECE OF GARBAGE, and PayPal stands behind THEM....unless you CALL PAYPAL!!!!!!!!!!!

Dieser Verkäufer ist ein Betruger, ich habe ILife V5s pro Vakuum Cleaner(€60) gekauft und per Paypal bezahlt, sie haben mich einen Spielzeug mit Batterie geliefert, dessen Wert nicht mehr als €5 ist.
Nach Reklamation und Beschwerde bei Paypal, verlangte er die Rücksendung aber nur mit DHL und an sehr langen Adresse, die nicht realistisch ist. Die Ware wurde mit großem Aufwand endlich zurückgesendet und hat mir €17 extra gekostet. PayPal hat nur den Kaufpreis erstattet. Nicht kaufen, diese ist Abzocke, Verbrecher.

Its a scam. Do not order at this place. I ordered the V5S Pro Robot cleaner with remote control but received something else.. I opened a case on paypal. Returned the received back via regular post (don't follow the instructions of the LI XIAOWEN @163.com to send it but UPS or DHL. the address is fake (POSTNL, couldn't deliver this package, address was wrong). And received my money back.
