The nutritionist helped me to change my diet and way of eating. My life and mindset changed drastically. 10 points out of 10!

Fin dall’inizio mi sono sentito e seguito con attenzione, professionalità e grande umanità. Il team che mi accompagna in questo percorso si distingue per competenza, disponibilità e capacità di ascolto: caratteristiche fondamentali quando si affronta un cambiamento così importante.

Me puse el balón a primeros de octubre en Instituto de Obesidad en Madrid y tras 4 meses más o menos con el, me ayudó a tener saciedad y que se me hiciese más sencillo seguir las pautas de mi nutricionista. Tras expulsarlo no he sentido mayor necesidad de comer ni nada por el estilo, cosa que me preocupaba. Gracias a lo aprendido respecto a comida y ejercicio, de momento sigo perdiendo peso. Espero que siga así:) Al fin y al cabo lo importante es mantener los hábitos aprendidos y poner fuerza de voluntad. Os voy contando

Ottima esperìenza. La dottoressa Roberta Ienca ed il suo staff di Villa Claudia ( Roma) sono straordinari. E’ stato un percorso che mi ha cambiato l’approccio con l’alimentazione. Oltre ad avere perso 16 Kg ho più consapevolezza del momento del pasto. Completamente sparita la fame nervosa. Ho imparato a mangiare lentamente ed a sentire la mia sazietà. Consigliatissima esperienza. Ringrazio Emanuela per la pazienza e la disponibilità nella gestione degli appuntamenti.

Sono molto contenta di aver trovato il team molto accogliente sono sempre seguita attentamente per di più dottore Ciro e dottoressa Claudia sono molto soddisfatta grazie a tuttol team, il dottore che mi ha posizionato il palloncino è molto disponibile per ogni cosa ti rispondo in tempi brevi molto bravi tutti grazie di avervi trovato sono anche soddisfatta del peso perso in 2mesi anche se mangio con moderazione ma posso dire che posso mangiare un po di tutto dottoressa Claudia è molto presente e ti dà dei consigli adatti a te.

The Allurion Program is a holistic program that combines the balloon with medical supervision, nutritional guidance and behavioral support. The effectiveness of the balloon itself has not changed. When results differ between two experiences, the reasons can be varied - metabolic factors, adherence to the program, lifestyle changes, medical conditions, or other individual variables. While this is not the typical outcome, we unfortunately do not have visibility into the clinical details of your case.
Your treating clinic will be best positioned to review what may have influenced the second experience and discuss next steps with you. We encourage you to reach out to them directly for a thorough evaluation.

A settembre 2025 ho iniziato il percorso con il palloncino intragastrico Allurion.
La Dottoressa Roberta Ienca è una professionista preparata, presente e soprattutto molto umana. Mi sono sentito seguito in ogni fase, sempre ascoltato e mai giudicato.
Un grazie anche a Manuela, assistente efficiente e gentilissima, sempre pronta a rispondere con rapidità e precisione.
La Clinica Nuova Villa Claudia di Roma è una struttura seria e ben organizzata.

Mi hermana tenía problemas con la obesidad y estaba frustrada porque esto le impedía poder realizarse un tto de fecundidad. Después de mucho tiempo buscando opciones, visitamos una clínica que nos habló del Programa Allurion. La verdad es que no estábamos seguras porque nunca oímos hablar de ese tto pero el deseo de mi hermana era mayor que el miedo. Finalmente lo hizo y quedamos sorprendidas de la facilidad de la colocación y del resultado. Es cierto que los primeros días estuvo con náuseas pero a los 2 días ya estaba bien. El acompañamiento de la nutri Laura fue importante para la motivación. Gracias al balón Allurion mi hermana pudo hacer la perdida de peso de 20 kgs y pudo hacerse su tto. Hoy estamos felices con mi sobri q ya tiene 3 años. Gracias al seguimiento, mi hermana ha podido mantener su cambio de hábitos tal y como le marcó Laura y a pesar del embarazo no ha vuelto a recuperar esos 20 kgs q tenia antes. Lo recomiendo 100x100

Great experience. I heard of the Allurion program via a friend and was sceptical it would work for me. My clinician gave me a clear heads-up of what to expect. Swallowing the capsule was super easy, first week was a little uncomfortable, but witnessing the weight loss in the following weeks was amazing. Would recommend it to anybody!

Percorso che consiglierei a chiunque abbia bisogno di una spinta per tornare a stare in forma. Se segui i consigli della Dottoressa Ienca a Villa Claudia otterrai ottimi risultati come è successo a me. Ho perso 23 kg in 7 mesi e a distanza di 3 mesi dalla conclusione del mio percorso sto mantenendo il peso raggiunto. Life-changing, but not a magic wand – you still have to do the work
I had the Allurion balloon placed 8 months ago and I’m currently 18 kg down. It hasn’t been easy all the way through, but for me it’s been absolutely worth it.
The first few days were rough – lots of nausea and cramps, and I wondered what on earth I’d done. My clinic warned me this could happen, and they checked in on me by phone twice during that week, and also had given me advice on what to eat, which helped a lot. After about day 4–5 things settled, and I suddenly realised I was getting full really quickly on much smaller portions.
What the balloon really gave me was a pause button and structure:
- I wasn’t constantly thinking about food.
- I could actually follow the nutritionist’s advice without feeling deprived.
- The regular check-ins kept me accountable when my motivation dipped.
I won’t pretend it’s a miracle cure – you still have to change how you eat and move. There were weeks where the scale barely moved and I had to remind myself to stick to the plan. But overall, I’ve lost 18 kg, my blood pressure has improved, and I can walk up stairs without feeling out of breath. I’m also keeping my new habits now that the balloon has passed.
If you’re expecting an effortless fix, this isn’t it. If you’re ready to put in the effort and want a strong tool and support to help you get there, then in my experience the Allurion program can be a real game-changer.
