We're sorry to hear that the puzzle did not meet your expectations.
After reviewing your comment with our manufacturer, we can confirm that our puzzles are designed with a precise die-cut process, meaning that each piece has a unique position and should only fit correctly in one specific place.
That said, our puzzles are intentionally quite challenging, especially in areas with similar colors or repeating patterns. In some cases, pieces may appear to fit when they are slightly misplaced, which can create the impression that multiple pieces belong in the same area even though the overall assembly is not correct.
We remain very attentive to the quality of our products, and improvements have also been made on the production side to ensure consistently precise cutting.

Puzzle schief geschnitten ABER tolles Service nach Beanstandung auf Trustpilot
Ich habe ein Puzzle mit 1000 Teilen gekauft. Leider wurde es schief geschnitten und ich habe es bemerkt sobald ich die Randteile zusammen gesetzt hatte. Ich habe gleich Fotos in einem Mail an ATWS geschickt - wo ich es auch bestellt hatte. Leider keine Antwort. Mittlerweile ist das Puzzle fertig und eigentlich wollte ich es einrahmen und aufhängen - leider sieht es mit dem weißen Streifen eher unschön aus. Daher nur 2 Sterne. Schöne Bilder. Umgenau geschnitten. Keine Rückmeldung nach Mailverkehr.
NACHTRAG:
Ich habe nach dem obigen Eintrag recht schnell eine Rückmeldung erhalten von AVWS erhalten und die Option das Puzzle neu zugeschickt zu bekommen oder das Geld retour zu erhalten.
Meine Wahl wurde umgehend durchgeführt.
DANKE nun für das nachträgliche gute Service.
Und ich korrigiere dadurch auf 5 Sterne!

Il y a une erreur sur deux(2) pièces…
Il y a une erreur sur deux(2) pièces qui ne trouvent pas leur emplacement à raison de leur forme… erreur dans la découpe de ces deux morceaux. Vous me direz 2/1000 c’est pas beaucoup ! Mais C’est décevant d’avoir un tableau inachevé et le sentiment d’avoir raté le puzzle !

Nous n’avons encore jamais rencontré une erreur de ce type sur deux pièces. Il arrive parfois qu’un ensemble de pièces (par exemple, celles d’une même couleur) ait pu être mal positionné au moment de la réalisation du puzzle. Nous avons déjà connu ce cas de figure.
Dans tous les cas, nous avons à cœur de garantir votre satisfaction et nous assurons toujours l’envoi des pièces manquantes ou défectueuses si nécessaire.
Votre message nous est arrivé par sms un dimanche, d’où notre absence de réponse.
Nous vous invitons à nous contacter directement par mail à orders@allthewaystosay.com en nous envoyant une photo de votre puzzle inachevé (photo précise des pièces et emplacements), le numéro de lot du puzzle au dos de la boite ainsi que votre adresse postale complète afin que nous puissions vous aider et vous permettre de finaliser votre puzzle.
Nous serons ravis de trouver une solution rapidement.

I purchased some items from this company and advised I did not want to subscribe to their mailing list.
ATWTS sent me marketing emails regardless of my request not to receive them.
I advised them again that I did not want to receive these emails and used the unsubscribe link at the bottom of their emails.
ATWTS continued to send me marketing emails.
I emailed ATWTS and I asked to make a formal complaint about this. ATWTS failed to respond and are still sending me unsolicited marketing emails.
Appalling behaviour.

As per the organisation's response below, I emailed them on 3rd December 2024 - over a month later, the organisation has failed to respond to my email AND they are still sending me unsolicited marketing emails!

Les commande sont traitées le jour même si passée avant midi.
Par contre, effectivement, seul colissimo et chronopost sont expédiées quotidiennement, Mondial Relay ne vient chercher les colis que les lundi et jeudi chez nous. (d’où le tarif moins cher).
Si ce n'était pas clair, nous venons de le rajouter directement dans le nom du transporteur.

Favorite shop!
ATWTS recently became my favorite shop :) I love the beautiful prints, the creative items, and just how everything looks so cute and girly, but still with a hint of empowerment. I recently ordered a key chain, a planner and 2 big prints to hang on my wall, and everything arrived not only fast but beautifully wrapped. They even sent me a few freebies that I absolutely loved! Can’t wait to shop there again.
