This company is a huge scam. I order a jersey from them but they sent me one with the wrong size. I sent them my exchange item but never heard back from them! Stay away from this company.

Total scam of a company. They either ship you the wrong item, or you never get your item. BUYER BEWARE!

Wish I could give them less than one star (or even negative stars) which is what they deserve. They were out of stock on something that they had a sale on. They said I would get it shipped to my house for free since I had paid up to a certain amount. No tracking was sent. I attempted to call the number. Nobody answers no matter what time of the day you call. Sent an email about two weeks ago. Still haven’t had a response. I’m assuming I’m not gonna get a response either. I was $50 down the drain. Sounds like I’m not the only one that had this issue too. They need to be shut down for robbing

No response. Ordered item mid December and item still haven't been processed or shipped out. Tried contacting them, no response.

I worked as a store manager for about 5 months. Changed the whole store and upped sales tremendously. Could never get anything i needed for my store. The owner is very disrespectful and rude. Came down to store managers not allowed making your own schedule. Had us ship products to people without anything to properly prepare it. Exhausting job and so disorganized. Im so happy I left.

This company sends damaged items and refuses to answer emails or phone calls. Paying the extra package protection fee is a complete waste. The customer service is terrible. I warn you, DO NOT order from here.

I worked as a store manager for this company for 4/5 months. Did a complete turn around for the location. I’ve never in my life experienced the racial discrimination and disrespect that the owner JEFFREY WATSON put me through! On top of that he terminated because he simply couldn’t talk to me any kind of way. He curses at employees calls them out their name etc. To make matters worse you fired me for no reason and I didn’t get paid for 31 hours of work. UNBELIEVABLE! There will be for sure legal matters taking place! reading these reviews and comments gave me everything I needed to know! If someone has any and I mean ANY SUGGESTIONS on who to contact about these issues please reply back . God doesn’t like the ugly and I’ll just say that! But as people we need to look out for one another this comments were helpful

I bought a Kobe Bryant jersey from this site and it was never shipped nor was there any proof that it was delivered. I contacted their support via email and by calling MULTIPLE times and days and never they never answered nor emailed me back. They scammed me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Allstarelite.com is a garbage company that state no refund but will exchange.
Just to make it clear to all future shoppers please do not buy anything from them, they do not exchange or refund.
Shoppers you will not be able to get in touch with them period they are thieves.

I placed order 73198871 on 3/26/24. THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE. I have reached out to them multiple times. No one will even respond to me.

This place is such a scam. They sent me the incorrect order and when I emailed their returns department for an exchange, kept receiving random responses about them having tried to call and text me. Never received a call, text or voicemail from them. Still not sure why it couldn't be done over email. Have yet to receive a refund or my actual order.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They don't even respond to any emails. I ordered a pair of shoes from them but it's been a whole month and they haven't even shipped them. Piss poor website will not be recommending to anyone

Website does not offer any form of returns. I wanted to check out the material. If it was not to my standards, wouldve sent it back.

Do not order from this company . If your order is shipped wrong as far as size or product they will not do the process of exchanging for the right product there is literally no way to get in touch with them . They handle there business very poorly

This company fosters a toxic work environment filled with unnecessary drama. Additionally, their so-called 'Brand X' shirts are just relabeled Gildan t-shirts with the original tags removed. They also engage in questionable design practices, taking inspiration from well-known brands and making only minor alterations.

I brought a pair of jeans from them they no damn well they sent me the wrong ones on purpose keep you’re money in your pocket.. don’t listen to those fake reviews saying just follow what they tell you to do… trust that’s them making that sh!t up… stay away I promise you you are gonna be making a preview next…

Order a jersey with no problem. Ordered a second jersey but was the wrong size. Followed the instructions to return and exchange for a different size. No response from chat, email and phone calls. Website return page will not allow entry of data. Automated phone message stated callback then hangs up. Will never do business with them again.

Any and everything i order something either I don't get the right item or they send it to small or I just don't get my item at all. Call and call and call I even called the mall in Atlanta and they say they don't have a phone for us to call. The security I talked to said yea they don't have a number you would have to go to the mall and talk to the people. I order things and only get 1 part of my order. I have been going thru this bs with this company. You will.need a lawyer. They are stealing our money and that's night right. I still have all my paper work and still no item. Been waiting for 3 items for months. Don't order stuff it from.them. they stole almost 300 from me
