Best in the area
All star bounce is the absolute best in the area! Have used them for several parties, very efficient, professional and friendly service! Carrie is always very helpful and thorough in bookings, she is great at advising what will fit in which halls to help organise the perfect party ❤️ I find the email confirmation and reminders very helpful, helps keep track of cost and payment is easy too. They have a great variety of amazing castles, slides and more.. the kids are never stuck for choice... highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Lower Oldpark Community Association…
The Lower Oldpark Community Association recently had the pleasure of working with Allstar Bounce for two of our key summer events—and we couldn’t be happier with their service!
For our Cultural Family Fun Day on July 11th, we hired five vibrant and exciting bouncy castle inflatables, which were a huge hit with families across the community. From setup to pack-down, the Allstar Bounce team were a joy to work with—friendly, efficient, and always going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.
We also hired a popcorn machine for our Family Movie Night in John Hewitt Park, and it was the perfect touch! The smell of fresh popcorn wafting through the park created a magical cinema atmosphere that delighted both children and adults alike. It truly elevated the experience and added a warm, nostalgic feel to the night.
The team at Allstar Bounce were professional, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our events a success. The Lower Oldpark Community Association highly recommends them for anyone planning a fun, family-friendly occasion. We’ll definitely be working with them again!

I used all star bounce for my daughter's 5th birthday party and I could not have faulted them. The original bouncy castle i had booked unexpectedly got a puncture and Carrie was on the phone straight away apologising and making arrangements for another similar one to go in its place. The guys who delivered were lovely and made sure they were there before everyone arrived. Would highly recommend

Damaged my property
UPDATE - This is untrue that any evidence was ever asked for. I was told to fix myself and that "It sounds like an easy fix." So you think its good business not damaging anything on 3 trips but fine to damage on the 4th? Never replied to my email, I had to chase after a week to get a reply. You never bothered to sort things out with me privately but are more than happy to state your case publicly. Basically shows what kind of company you are. Poor all round, good luck. Thanks for letting me know you wouldn't want to do business with me again, that is an absolute relief to me as I'm not in the habit of doing business with people who damage my property and childlessly wash their hands of any responsibility.
They damaged my property when delivering and picking up. Did not tell me at the time what they done. When I informed the company I was told to fix the damage myself. No reply to a mail I had to chase them up. A week later was then told no proof the damage was done by them. Company fine to deal with when everything is fine for them but they don't want to know about it when any issues occur. Will never use again.

We’re really sorry to read this review — especially given this was your third time booking with us and all previous hires went smoothly.
Just to clarify, you were present for both the delivery and collection of the inflatable, and even kindly helped guide the castle through the gate. At no point during either visit was any damage pointed out to our team.
When you later got in touch, Carrie did reply to your emails and asked for further information, including photos or evidence to help us understand what had happened. As no proof was provided, and there had been no mention of any issue during our time on site, we were unable to move forward with a resolution.
We always aim to provide a five-star experience — as many of our repeat customers will confirm — and it’s disappointing that this situation has ended this way.
We’re still happy to review this again if you can provide any further evidence.
