I just need to order the Evening Detox Tea

I am trying to get a refund but all I get is responses from 'Barbara', who appears to be a bot, trying to get me to accept 3 more bags of the product as she says I need to give it longer. I cannot afford to buy more of the product at this time and I want my $ back as it has done nothing. Contacting a human being seems to be impossible.

The product "All Slimming Herbs" did not help me at all. I ordered the 3 month supply and then extra so I could drink the 3 cups a day recommended instead of just one AM tea and one PM tea. This was supposed to give you more bang for your buck. I faithfully drank the tea everyday 3-4 cups. I never felt it gave me any energy and instead of losing even one ounce, I actually have gained a couple pounds. This is watching what I eat also. It is so disappointing. I also dried and saved every tea bag for returning if things didn't go well as they guaranteed it would work, but for the refund, you had to return ALL teabags. That was a pain in the you know what. I read the return policy ahead of time. They kept saying you had to drink for 2 months and I thought that was the 60 days. When I reread the policy it said 60 days from when you purchased the tea. I hadn't even received it yet and they were counting. Well today is day 59 and I can't reach the support desk. It keeps going to the same thing over and over. Customer service didn't work either. I would be within the time line, but they make it impossible to reach the support desk. This really was another scam because I did everything they said to do and more. I actually believed they would honor their guarantee. Now I don't believe any of the ones who say the same thing.

This product does not work. I tried it for two weeks and had to force myself to drink it. I did not lose any weight. have been trying to get a refund for over a week. On their website it says to click here for information on a refund, but it takes you back to the main website to order. I ordered in September so am well within the 60 day guarantee satisfaction. (I am not satisfied)

J’ai commandé un échantillon de leur thé et il est arrivé environ 2 semaines plus tard. J’ai bien aimé la saveur du thé et j’ai commandé un ensemble de thé pour 3 mois le 5 septembre dernier. Cependant, cette fois, c’est extrêmement long avant que je reçoive ma commande. Après une semaine, j’ai vérifié sur le site du transporteur pour savoir où était rendu mon colis. Il ne l’avait jamais reçu ! J’ai donc contacté l’entreprise et Barbara m’a répondu qu’elle allait demander au département de shipping d’envoyer à nouveau ma commande. J’ai alors reçu un message de Clickbank confirmant l’envoi de ma commande. Barbara m’a également écrit en me disant qu’elle espérait que mon colis arrive rapidement jusqu’à moi. J’ai vérifié à nouveau quelques jours plus tard sur le site du transporteur et le numéro de suivi indiquait encore qu’aucun colis ne correspondait au numéro.
J’ai donc contacté de nouveau le service client et un nouveau numéro de suivi m’a été envoyé. Toujours pas de colis lié. J’ai réécrit au service client pour leur mentionner que je suis très déçue et que je compte demander un remboursement si je ne reçois pas ma commande cette semaine, ce vendredi au plus tard.

Mise à jour au 10 décembre 2024: je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise ! Je mets une étoile parce que c’est le minimum, mais cette entreprise n’en mérite absolument AUCUNE ! Il a fallu plus d’un mois avant que ma commande parte enfin de leurs installations et je l’ai reçue le 15 octobre. Leur décompte pour la garantie commence au moment où la commande est placée et ils ne l’arrêtent sous aucun prétexte ! Barbara essaie même de vous rendre responsable du fait que la commande est livrée beaucoup plus tard !

Rendu là, c’est évident qu’aucun remboursement n’est possible. Au final, ne perdez pas votre argent, si vous voulez un bon mélange de thés, faites-le avec les ingrédients que vous trouvez localement, vous en serez beaucoup plus satisfaits !

I start drinking the tea 2 weeks ago. I have been nauseous,I have not lost a single ounce. When I didn't drink any yesterday, I felt fine.I drank more today and I'm nauseous again. I will not be drinking anymore. I will just chalk it up as a loss of a lot of money and a waste of time.

I tried to get a refund from ALL SLIMMING HERBS the makers of ALL DAY SLIMMING TEA. I was within the time line for that to happen. Unfortunately I was dealing with an affiliate named BARBARA and she ensured that the emails I sent did not go through in time for the refund to to processed AND when I phoned it said "this number is not available in your calling area." TOTAL SCAMMER I do believe this "Barbara" is associated with FORWOMEN's HEALTH LLC in Wilmington, DE. She obviously did not want to lose her affiliate perks by refunding my money, Anyway I am stuck with product that does not work thanks to her intentions by not replying in time for the refund to still be in place. ZERO for CUSTOMER SERVICE and an intentional scammer! PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK, do NOT WASTE your $. This occurred last year but I am still upset. When someone else from a different company contacted me AND said I should have talked with them, I did not know that was an option. However, when I explained what Barbara had done, they still did nothing for me. They said sorry that I had trouble with one of their affiliates. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
