SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE AND DAMAGE YOUR LOCKS!
This company was called to fix a seized lock in our building but they didn't fix the lock, instead the locksmith unscrewed the whole door handle off of a FIRE DOOR, preventing it from closing and then called it "fixed". When I tried to dispute the charge saying that my team fixed it themselves, they said they won't help without any photos and would not consider my claim at all.

Don't trust these people to change…
Don't trust these people to change locks as they overcharged massively and put cheap locks in . They are not regulated by the MLA so doubt their capabilities. Also very odd about payment as I didn't pay the company direct but into the locksmiths own company which was nothing to do with locks . I have reported this company to Trading Standards and various other trading authorities

I have to say this company was…
I have to say this company was professional and honest from the call to Edi who came to unlock our front door. They were upfront and transparent about the pricing and honoured it. And very reasonable too... unlike a company that came before trying to charge me 59 callout and 249 on top!! This company did it for 89 plus vat. And for locksmith services that's good honest and trustworthy in my book. Thankyou again. I'm in tw4.

Don't use this company, doggy , don't waste your money
Don't use this company, they are doggy. They charged £630 (not even worth for £300) to change lock for commercial property and it didn't lock properly, also the person damaged my door. Stupid they don't know the work it cost me extra £205 to fixed it with different company.
I called them and they asked me to send email, I did, still no reply.
