All Property Claims is unlike any other company I’ve used before. Their support is second to none, especially when dealing with insurance issues. I’ve never regretted using them; they’ve been absolutely invaluable. Their tradespeople are professional, efficient, and complete work within the promised time frame. They truly listen to your needs and keep you updated throughout the process, making everything stress-free. I’ve been able to focus on other things while they handled everything effortlessly. I give them a full 100% and will definitely use them again for any housing or insurance concerns.

My colleague at work recommended this company to me as she was very impressed with their unique offering. So when I had a leak in my home and I was telling her about it because I was really struggling to get builders to quote for the repairs, she said I should try Allpropertyclaims. They kept up to their reputation and delivered a five star service starting from assessing all the damage in my property and then meeting with insurance companies Loss Adjuster.
I know that if I were to have handled this myself I would’ve failed in negotiating a settlement because the insurance people were constantly trying to find a way to rig out of paying a penny. They initially tried to suggest that I did not act promptly and that it was my fault. But these guys were really amazing and they knew the law and they understood insurance contracts and so they had my back.
After the insurance company had agreed everything then they got the team of repair workers to do all the repairs and they have done a stellar job.
I hope I never need to make an insurance claim again, but I know that if I ever do, I will most certainly be calling All property claims again.

All Property Claims helped manage a complex situation with a water leak from the flat above. Tom was excellent in dealing with a very challenging loss adjuster and surveyor who were clearly not prepared to see the extent of the damage, but with his help, the claim was fully approved.
Once the insurers approved the claim (which took a long time - not APC’s fault), the repairs were scheduled immediately (next day). The contractor appointed was excellent and communicated well and did the repairs to the best standard.
I did have some challenges in things not being communicated effectively and therefore there was a bit of chasing on my side to make sure all the elements that I had requested were repaired and paid for, but overall an excellent service and one that is value for money given the time consuming and challenging nature of dealing with these types of issues. They were easy to get hold of on the phone (emails were a bit slower) and each person I spoke to was very helpful and they clearly had a good system for sharing notes on the case.

Used All Property Claims to help me after water damage to my property after a water drain in a communal car park flooded. My management company were very difficult to get hold of and All property claims helped me through the process, ensuring I got the works done quickly and full loss of rent back whilst my tenants were out of the property. Abhijeet Singh was excellent and ensured I was reimbursed promptly and the works carried out were to a specific standard.

I had a bathroom leak and got in touch with All Property Claims - and honestly, I couldn't be happier with their service!! The very next day after I contacted them they sent out a surveyor to check the building damage. They actually made sure every single area was properly assessed so that nothing would be missed during repairs.

I sincerely want to thank their claims manager Abhijeet for swift resolution. He was always available to answer every question I had on the way. He understood my concerns and made sure he kept me updated throughout the whole process. He even raised my complaint with the insurers to get things resolved. My boiler kept losing pressure but no one could find the source. LTD used tracer gas and acoustic microphones to prove a heating pipe was leaking beneath the tiles. Their report convinced my insurer to fund drying and repairs, which they arranged with their builders. Outstanding, cost-free service to me.

Cracks appeared in my laminate flooring and I feared expensive damage. APC explained the investigation process,tracked the central heating leak,manage insurer expectations, and fully restored the area-calming me at every stage

APC managed my insurance claims & repairs including drying & mould treatment, they did a fantastic job.

Although our claim & reparation works following fire damage completed in May 2025, I was too angry & too distraught to follow this up at the time. I'm now calmer to report my experience. Although they were brilliantly efficient chasing me to appoint All Property Claims as our Loss Assessor & Contractor to do the works (daily calls), thereafter although administratively not so fast to reply to loss of rent amounts being claimed etc, they nevertheless did follow these matters up & were thorough. Also, the surveyor appointed by APC was very good at negotiating what should be claimed for. However, my upset is 1) the poor communication between APC & the contractor appointed by APC to do the works as there were items we had agreed were included he didn't know about that he then needed to refer back to APC, 2) the specialist extractor wall fan that was fire damaged & still under warranty, I asked be replaced/bought from & installed by the firm I originally bought this from in order to retain the warranty but APC chose to get a regular electrician to do this & told me I'd still get a warranty, but where he bought it from invalidated the standard manufacturer's warranty and we're only covered for parts not labour from the outlet the electrician bought it from and only if he i.e. the electrician makes the claim 3) the quality of the new kitchen installed following fire damage is really cheap & at best everything including the redecoration work in the lounge looks to be worth approx. £5-6,000 worth of work/materials yet our insurer tells us the settlement amount excluding loss of rent & the surveyor's fee settled direct & forensic fee was £26,121.76. The amount & quality of work & materials does not look to even represent half this figure. Although their concept is great, I would never use APC again nor recommend them.

02.10.25 This is my reply to APC's response to my review. Apologies for delay in responding to your reply as I was away & since our return had a bereavement to contend with. You state I selected the wall units on 9th April which I categorically did not. On reviewing this 9th April email I can confirm I only selected the Worktop, Flooring & Tiles, & preferred colour of kitchen units, not the actual kitchen units nor doors. Your works dept on 10th April acknowledged I wanted white or light grey units but said; "Please note that the contractor will liaise with you directly to approve units for the kitchen once works have been scheduled". On 1st May your Contractor sent us a WhatsApp message saying: "They (APC) accepted to change kitchen cabinets without doors, so to put back the same cabinet doors". I had to talk with APC who confirmed we were getting all new carcasses & doors etc. The Contractor told me he had a tight budget to work with & would need to source where he could get these the cheapest & from the ones he found, he sent me choices of colour. Regarding my feedback of the Contractor on 8th & 23rd May, this was based on his work ethic & "his" quality of work, not the materials used as at this point I had no idea of the amount APC had agreed with the Insurer & assumed at best based on quality of cabinets etc installed that around only £5-6K for the whole lot had been agreed. Therefore based on a budget of £5-6K, it did look good, BUT when I was later told by the Insurer's Loss Adjuster that the claim for building works was over £26K, my feedback in May would have been extremely negative as we have not received £26K's worth. With regards the the 5year fan Warranty, thank you for confirming we will be covered if something goes wrong.

Avoid at all costs. An awful company that negotiate a large pay-out from your insurance company (which in turn will affect your premium) and then do a shoddy job with cheap labour and pocket the difference.

My advice is if you have a claim then contact your insurance company and they will sort the whole process for you including reputable contractors who they use regularly and trust. Alternatively you get a quote from a reputable building or refurbishment company and submit it to the insurers who will then pay out the amount.

Four months down the line they still haven't reimbursed any alternative accommodation costs despite having been paid out 7 months ago by the insurer.

As a result we are having to take them to court the reclaim the money and sort out the poor workmanship.

Please read the other bad reviews which I believe to be the only genuine reviews. This will give you a true picture of how your claim will be handled.

If you are in the middle of a dispute with them, please check to see whether your home insurance covers legal fees. If it does you can use this service to get a solicitor to take up the case against them

At the time of posting this on Trustpilot they have an average score of 3.8 from 2 five star reviews. Something dodgy going on?

Just to clarify my father selected your company following a leak. Following all the hassle I stepped in and took up the issues. My parents are both beyond retirement age and could well do without the stress. I wish he hadn’t signed up with APC in the first place but that was before I got involved.
I will be posting responses to all the points that APC have responded with but we are currently working through the complaints with the FCA ombudsman and Citizens Advice.
The request for payment within 5 days of the letter was on the recommendation of Citizens Advice.

I could not have dreamt of a better service!
Having a leak is a stressful life event, but ‘all property claims’ made it so easy to deal with.
They took care of everything and were really nice and supportive at each stage.
I was amazed by the service and I am so happy with the work performed at my flat.
I am really grateful for the help. I don’t know how I could have dealt with the damages without them, all property claims saved me so much time and stress, and I now have a brand new flat that looks exactly as I imagined. I really couldn’t be happier.

I was told by my Insurance company to get my own estimates for some damage to my flat from a pipe which exploded under my floor, I had some many builders telling me this and that and trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I then found this company, and they came out straight away, explained in details exactly how much damage I had and what was needed to put my flat back to normal, they took over dealing with my insurance company and completed the repairs, what they say on their website they actually do, which is very unusual these days. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
