I spoke with an agent who was a great help in placing my order.

The nightstand arrived a couple of days early and it looks to be in perfect condition. I have not tried plugging it into an outlet yet.

Easy order and delivery was as scheduled, with a photo of where they left the packages.
I am looking forward to installing these.

The bed frame came in a timely manner. All parts included. Instructions were fine. I would say that on one part the screws didn't line up perfectly and I had to have someone hold it together (hard to do) while I kind of angled the screws and screwed one half of the frame into the other. If I was alone there is no way I could have done it. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise everything was great. Color is as expected. My son is very happy so I am too.

I paid with my credit card but for some reason you didn’t charge me for the whole purchase so it was pending a remaking small balance which has now delayed my shipment. I didn’t receive any warning of this and only happened to stumble upon the small error message. I ordered the bed last night and I still haven’t received any confirmation or option to schedule delivery.

I have ordered many things from AllModern and haven’t had a situation like this before.

Amazing how quickly the products arrived on time and easy to track I love the chairs they look great easy and quick to assemble about 15 minutes. Extremely comfortable the one part that needed to be replaced was sent to me with extras. Definitely a fan

Send the product. I have held up my end of the deal. Ask me my thoughts AFTER you have delivered.

BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT buy from this company. The furniture is so cheap it is broken before it arrives. I ordered a media console and it is rectangular and every single side had damage. I was offered replacement “parts”. The was beyond fixable - the parts were so cheap that they would fall apart trying to fix it. (China) A few days later someone reached out and said they saw my photos and offered a replacement. Whew- well NOPE. Strike 2 they send out the new piece still broken. A replacement panel was sent out and guess what it is impossible to repair. I asked for them to send out a technician to repair it and they are saying I have to now pay for a service seperate to get it fixed!!!! Customer service is awful and their resolution is that they have “documented” the situation!! I told them it was no appropriate. I will be very surprised if I hear back and even more surprised if they make it right. Terrible terrible quality and customer service. Also just to note this console was $1k+. Pay a little more if you have to at a store with better policies. I would not recommend them to anyone and certainly won’t buy from there again.

Great deals and fast shipping

As it was easy to order and purchase, when it came to delivery of my large package there has been little communication about when it will arrive. I was given an estimated date with a range of a few days, that has passed and I have heard nothing. I had to reach out to get answers and there is no clear date of arrival.

Only one of the things I ordered has an arrived and they keep on changing the delivery date for the second thing. Now I am do ed to cancel it

The chair looks beautiful and it’s comfortable!

Item not packaged carefully so clock face glass broke and hands were bent

The customer agent who handled my order was superb. Answering all questions, assuring me about the return policy, handling payment, etc. She was part of the reason why we chose this product and company.
