Rest assured Brandon and his sidekick Damaris are unethical fraudsters. They can't be trusted - they will give you a quote and change the terms at the last minute without disclosing it till it is too late. There are 1000s of brokers out there avoid this one at all costs. They are not direct lenders - fraudsters. More to come for them. Simply do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Prior to funding my loan, I was concerned about which option made the most sense - with all these different types of loans it just made my head spin. I reached out to All Loans Funding through Bigger Pockets because they were recommended on there. Two weeks later my loan funded at a 6.75% interest rate. In a market like this, I'm beyond satisfied.
