The Allison Homes charter is our promise to you, as a home buyer as to what you can expect with regards to the level of service and commitment from us to you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Reservation At the point you have made your decision to buy your new home, you will complete a pre reservation form detailing information in relation to the chosen home. You will complete the checklist and the reservation agreement, setting out the key terms and conditions of the purchase including the price, reservation period and other important information relating to your new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Meet the builder When you reserve your new home, an appointment will be made by the sales executive for you to meet your dedicated experienced site manager. This will give you the opportunity to watch your home progress, review timings and plans and to raise any questions you may have in relation to your home. Points of contact We will also provide you with a main point of contact during the whole home buying process. This member of staff will assist you with any information you may need during your reservation, your moving in experience and beyond. Our sales team are fully trained and can guide you through the process of buying your new home, assisting you through the experience and answer any questions you may have in relation to your chosen home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Specification We will discuss at the point of your pre reservation/reservation agreement what specification has been chosen. Anyone not escorted by one of our representatives will be at their own risk and we cannot be held responsible. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Health and safety during occupation During this period, we will try and ensure as far as we are able that any further construction work on the site is carried out in such a manner so that it causes as little inconvenience to you as we can. Once you move into your new home, we will supply you with your homeowner handover documentation providing advice on the safety rules on how to keep you and your family safe during this time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Pre- plaster inspection Prior to moving in you will be invited by the sales executive to attend a pre- plaster inspection with your site manager, who will provide you with a guided tour of your new home. This is a chance to see the chosen house type design, the positioning of plumbing and electrical positions and to finally confirm the “just for you” that you have already ordered for your home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟New Home Demonstration You will be invited to attend your new home demonstration prior to you taking occupation of your new home. This is a guided tour to help you become familiar with your home including where everything is located, dealing with operational aspects, other various features and ensuring that you are happy with your home. It is important that you attend your new home demonstration as from our experience many customers find it invaluable in getting to know their new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Quality Assured and Warranty information Your home will be built in accordance with the relevant planning permission, building regulations and industry standards. In addition, your home will be inspected during the construction phases and on completion day you will be provided with a quality assured certificate. Your home will also be covered by a 10-year warranty provided by either NHBC/ LABC or equivalent. Details of this will be supplied on a memory stick following completion. Congratulations you have completed on your new home & our commitment continues Courtesy Call Within a few days of you legally completing the purchase of your new home you will be contacted by a member of our team, to ensure all is well. We will then make an appointment to review how you are settling into your new home. We call this the “14 Day Settling In” review. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟14 day settling in review Occasionally things may not be quite right and some items may need clarification when you move into your new home. The aim of the “14 Day Settling In” review is to discuss your new home, obtain feedback from you on the process and to agree with you on any items that may need sorting out. We will then coordinate with you as to when these works will be carried out. After the initial 14-day review and you have agreed that any required works have been completed you will be passed over to our dedicated aftercare service team who are there to deal with any warranty aspects for a two-year period after your purchase. In the first instance if you need to raise an issue you should email customercare@larkfleethomes.co.uk detailing the matter. The after-care service team will contact you to discuss the situation. New home move 1 week ago

We moved into our new home last week, Paula and Michael in particular have been extremely helpful from the minute we met them. Paula has been in contact frequently making sure everything is okay, she delivered a helpful and thoughtful house demo along with going above and beyond when supporting with any requests I have had in the last week. She has responded to my queries very quickly and has always called me to ensure things have been resolved thoroughly which has taken the stress off moving home with two young children. From the minute we moved in Michael has been on hand to answer any questions and solve any minor issues quickly and efficiently. He has also taken the time to come to the house in person a few times to ensure everything is okay and offered great customer service when doing so. Overall they have both supported us with a smooth and calm move in process and we are very impressed.

I have just moved into my new bungalow …

I have just moved into my new bungalow at Frampton Gate. It's great design, well built cosy and warm.
A big shout out to Roxy who kept me informed on how the build was going every week.
Any problem or issues I had was discussed by another two members of the site team Paula and Nick who helped rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase of my new bungalow from Allison Homes.

Welcoming and friendly.

Roxy was very welcoming and friendly. She answered every question that we asked and was very knowledgeable about the build of the houses. We visited quite a few of the developers in the area and in comparison (apart from one other), the others left me with no interest to buy a house. Thanks Roxy for showing us around the gorgeous houses.

We have just moved into our dream home on the Beaufort Gardens development and honestly cannot speak highly enough of how amazing our experience has been from start to finish! 3 extra special shout outs to Angie who is just utterly amazing at her job always going above and beyond and honestly caring so much about making sure you get the best and everything is done correctly, keeping you updated with everything, just feel in great hands knowing she is always there! Will who without him we wouldnt have got our forever home so cannot ever thank them enough. Friendly, knowledgable and great customer service.

My husband and I had a great experience visiting Sophie at their Thorney Park estate. She was friendly, helpful and had answers to all our questions. It was a pleasure reserving our house with her and we can’t wait to complete and move in. Sophie is keeping in contact along the way and on hand whenever I have questions. Go see her at the new Whittlesey site and get that beautiful Allison Homes house of yours reserved!

Great friendliness and service from Claire

Claire from Cranbrook Grange Somersham was very friendly, helpful, informative and very knowledgeable about the site and houses.. this gave us confidence in the development and any questions she had to refer to her Manager, she did immediately with efficiency and on each occasion came back to us with a response as quickly as was possible.

Viewing experience

Shaun made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. He listened to what we wanted in a new home and paired us up with 2 properties. One of which fits the bill down to the last detail. There was no pressure and he gave us lots of information and allowed us to go off by ourselves to view some homes around the estate. We've not experienced this at other companies we have visited.

i have been sent this (how was my visit form) 25 times and not counting the 30 times before . this is nothing short of harassment have complained before about the shocking customer services and a CEO contacted us which was a waste of time think maybe legal advise is needed here

We investigated the matter last year and requested further information so we could diagnose the issue (as the screengrab of your inbox alone was not sufficient to resolve it), but we did not receive a response.

We have reviewed the matter again and can confirm our CRM records show only one review email was issued in April last year, and a further review email was issued in February this year.

You have received more than one email from us because we can also see that since April 2023 we have received 11 separate website enquiries from yourself and your partner using the same email address. Due to multiple duplicates on our system, these records have required merging on several occasions, which may explain why you have seen multiple touchpoints in relation to your enquiries. However, you should still not be receiving the volume of review requests you have referenced.

To help us resolve this properly, can we ask again (as previously requested) for you to forward all of the automated emails you’ve received in February, including the full email headers, to groupmarketing@allison-group.com. This will allow our IT team to investigate message IDs, delivery timestamps and header data so we can determine whether duplication is occurring in transit or within your mailbox configuration (for example mailbox rules, forwarding or sync settings). The screengrab alone is not sufficient for diagnosis.

We would really appreciate continuing the conversation via email. It is difficult for us to assist through Trustpilot because the technical information we need cannot be shared here.

We have been kind, patient and considered in the way we have handled multiple enquiries across multiple sites over several years. Our sales, marketing and technical teams have invested significant time in understanding your requirements and supporting your homebuying journey. Even our CEO has engaged with you directly to address your concerns. At times this is challenging for us to reconcile with repeated one-star feedback, particularly when we have also received positive communications from you thanking us for our time and care. We hope you appreciate the effort we have made to support you.

We have now removed your email address from our CRM system to prevent further automated communications. Please note that if you submit a new website enquiry, your email address will be re-added and you may be opted in again in accordance with our enquiry process. To avoid this, please continue communicating with the sales advisors who are assisting you across the sites you are considering, and send your technical issues to groupmarketing@allison-group.com.

Rob came today and solved a particular problem where the built in boiler had been installed in a cupboard and the front panel of the boiler could not be removed for servicing. He's made the panel removable so that servicing can now be achieved. Well done Rob 👍
