Heather was very informative and helpful . She went out of her way to show different style homes and plots. Her service was great . We hope to purchase from Allison homes once plot we like is released.

Turned up with no appointment- Heather very welcoming and spent time discussing our requirements and then showed around 3 properties that could be suitable.

We wanted to take some time to communicate our gratitude and appreciation for the hard work the team at Allison Homes, especially Courtney in aftersales and Gage and Sarita managing the current site at Chapel Gate.

We have brought brand new properties several times, the team at Allison's have shown so much kindness and professionalism to an outstanding level in comparison to our previous purchases. But above everything their personal touch has made it extra special. (This is our first brand new Allison Homes) ☺️

We initially had issues getting snag work completed before Courtney took over our after care but since she has worked exceptionally hard to sort everything we asked and in a timely manner. Her communication and attention to detail is a credit to her and Allison Homes.

We honestly don’t think we would have had our minor issues sorted so promptly without her, Gage and Sarita - they really are a good example of team work at its best!!!!

We are exceptionally happy with our beautiful new home - the design and attention to the finish is amazing. Yes, we had issues with some contractors, however Gage Courtney and Sarita took action immediately to resolve the issues. This has not taken away any of the enjoyment of our new home.

Myself and my wife have been in our house for coming up to a year now. Any issues over that period have been dealt with and the continued support from Courtney Goodwin has been fantastic. The continued support, check ins and general care taken to keep in touch is just another reason why we are happy with our beautiful home. I couldn’t recommend Courtney enough as is a huge credit to the site in Moulton Chapel and the business.

Heather the site representative was extremely welcoming, a very happy person who made us feel relaxed. She was so professional in her approach. She spent a great deal of time explaining the types of homes available or when they would be available, how they were fitted out, cost & took us to see several homes in build so we could get an idea of what they would be like on completion. Nothing was too much trouble & she never rushed us at all. She is a credit to the company, every business should have a Heather working for them.

They say that moving house is one of the most stressful things on your lifetime but can honestly say buying my house with Allison Homes has been brilliant. Sales executives Val and Josh have guided me through the process of choosing the right home to suit my needs and had all the patience in the world in assisting me with my choices. Although Josh originally did the reservation, Val has taken over through to completion and been there to help through it all. Yes there’s been some minor issues but no matter what you mentioned have been all planned to put right and had the reassurance from Site Manager Gage that everything’s ok. It’s nice to know that ‘me’ as a customer feels listened too. Nothing was ever too much bother - they must have got sick of me keep coming down to the sales office !!!

Our experience with Courtney Goodwin and Paula @ customer service has been FANTASTIC. They are always cheery helpful and very efficient. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help, they are both a credit to Allison Homes.

Havent been recently and just had 17 emails asking for feedback.
For the last 2 years we have visited many housebuilders but by far the worst experience has been with Allison homes.

I would like to take the opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to Allison Homes to make the journey to move in our first home so smooth. From the very beginning of the journey, Josh made the sales process very easy and comfortable for both of us and answered every question with utmost importance, however trivial and stupid they be. We got some great upgrades as well which we really liked. After our move in, Paula was our go to person. And I want to mention that she has been really very kind and prompt to respond to all our concerns and solve them very quickly. Although, worth mentioning, we did not had any trouble after we moved in (albeit few very small issues which were readily resolved) and now we have settled in quite nicely, thanks to the entire team of Allison Homes, specially to Josh, Paula, Gage and Danny. I would definitely recommend Allison Homes to all my friends and family looking out for a home move.

Since we knew Allison Homes were coming to Moulton Chapel we knew we had to get our first home with them. From the initial private invitation day for early bird reservationists to today, we have experienced nothing but professionalism, a family friendly like business and flexibility like no other.

This wouldn't be possible without the team at Chapel Gate and other sites but especially for Josh. I have met and worked with a lot of people, but he is a genuine and caring person who has worked so hard to look after us since day 1. We have had some personal set backs but they were allocated for and we were treated like family, helping us reach our goal.

Although we have not finished the process, it is a shame that Josh is moving on, but after meeting other members of the team, we know we are in safe hands. If you're going to buy you first home or fancy a change of scene, you can get a quality build in fantastic areas.

I like the houses at Chapel Gate and the neighbourhood feels very welcoming. However, I’m leaving a negative review because Allison Homes repeatedly failed to follow through on promises and communicated poorly throughout the process. On multiple occasions representatives offered extras or promotions that were not honoured—whether the offer was verbal or written. My advice to anyone considering buying here: scrutinise the terms and conditions, get any promises in writing, and keep copies of all communications. Allison Homes, please improve your communication and honour commitments.

They made me very welcome. Understood my needs. Helped with any questions I asked. Nothing was to much trouble. I was aloud to very property numerous times. This helped me to decide to purchase the property that I'm looking for.

After a particularly challenging time, my children and I have finally moved into the most beautiful four bedroom home. From the moment we arrived, this estate has truly made us feel at home. There’s always someone around offering help, advice, or simply a friendly chat.

A huge thank you to Josh, Paula, and Gage, who have all gone above and beyond to make sure we settled in comfortably. I’m absolutely thrilled with our new home and incredibly grateful to Allison Homes for helping us start this exciting new chapter on Halifax Road.

Arranged viewing on a new development at Weston Hills ,couldn’t be more helpful showing us around site . Not pushy at all but very pleasant experience 😊.

Had arranged over the phone a visit today to complete our reservation for our new Bungalow. All this week I have been speaking to Sophie, who has been covering holidays at Chapel Gate.
Although Sophie was just covering holidays, her devotion to me and my husband was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful and great communicator and Understanding of Allison processes.
