We’ve had such a great experience with Allison Homes, especially as first-time buyers. Angie was brilliant from the start, from taking them to show us around the site to handover. Angie definitely made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for us.

Since moving in, Grant and Chloe have also been fantastic with after-sales. Any issues we’ve had have been sorted quickly, and they’ve always made sure we were happy with everything.

We’re really pleased with the quality of the house and absolutely love our new home. A huge thank you to Angie, Grant, Chloe and the whole team!

We recently completed on our new home with Alison Homes at Beaufort Gardens and have been really impressed with the whole experience.
From the beginning, Angie in sales was fantastic. She was friendly, patient and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to show us around the property, explain everything clearly and talk through all the options with us. We were able to visit the property several times throughout the process seeing it in stages, Angie was always happy to help and it never felt rushed.
As we got closer to completion, Grant, our site manager contact introduced himself, he was equally helpful and welcoming in making sure everything was finished to a good standard and addressing any final details showing a real care for the work of his team. Chloe from aftercare has also been brilliant, helping us settle in, taking us through the home and explaining the aftercare process.
Overall, Alison Homes made what can be quite a stressful experience feel straightforward, comfortable and well-informed. We’re really pleased with our new home and grateful to Angie, Grant and Chloe for making the whole process such a positive one. Thank you!

From the very beginning, Angie was incredibly helpful and supportive. We had plenty of questions throughout the process (and called her probably more times than we should have! 😊), but she was always patient, approachable and happy to help. The choices meeting was particularly well organised and detailed, and we felt that everything about the house, plans and options was explained clearly. We were kept informed at every stage and always felt that we knew what was happening.

We also really appreciated the effort made to keep us involved during construction. The videos and updates throughout the build were such a lovely touch.

One thing that really stood out to us was how thoughtful the team were about the little details. With the heatwave at the time, they were concerned that the newly laid turf might not survive if it was put down too early, so they arranged for it to be done after we had moved in instead. It made such a difference and we now have a lovely, lush garden! 🌿

The team were very accommodating when it came to arranging our completion and moving dates and we didn’t feel rushed.

Since moving in, Chloe from the customer care team has been absolutely lovely. Any small snags have been dealt with promptly. She even arranged for our recycling and packing materials to be removed while we were unpacking, which was such a thoughtful help during what was already a very busy time. Dennis, Grant and the wider team have also been fantastic and have made the whole process feel very well looked after.

Overall, our experience has been remarkably smooth and stress-free. The moving in gifts were lovely ☺️☺️

Tareena from Customer Care has always been friendly and approachable. Whenever I have raised any minor snagging issues with my new home, Tareena has dealt with these promptly and efficiently. She assigns an appropriate engineer or tradesperson for the job and keeps me informed of what is happening. Tareena has also gone out of her way to fit in appointments around my work schedule.

Tareena regularly calls me on the phone to check in and see if everything is OK with my new home. This is the second brand new home I have purchased, but the first one I have bought from Allison Homes. I never experienced this level of customer care and after service with my previous house builder and this has exceeded my expectations.

We had a great experience purchasing our new home on Beaufort gardens in market deeping. All staff have been brilliant from start to finish. In house solicitors were superb also. (We are both mortgage advisors, so have dealt with plenty, but Ison Harrison have been amazing)
Angie on sales has been great, and offered brilliant communication and support.
Chloe (relationship manager) and Grant (site manager) have gone above and beyond. We had a small leak on moving day, and it was resolved within an hour. Grant in particular has been incredible. It’s great to have a site manager who is hands on, and genuinely cares about customers! Couldn’t fault the team at all, and would highly recommend!
The finish with an Allison home is far superior to our previous larkfleet home, and we are very happy! 5 star service!

While the entire team at Beaufort Gardens deserves recognition, we want to extend a massive thank you to Angie, Grant, and Chloe. They were the heartbeat of our move.

Angie made the administrative and sales side feel incredibly personal. We never felt like just another plot number; she was warm, enthusiastic, and ensured nothing was rushed. Every procedure was explained with patience and clarity.

Grant has ensured the transition into the home itself was seamless. Grant is friendly, easygoing and his attention to detail and dedication to the site is evident the moment you walk through the front door. Despite the fact he is often rushing around the site, you feel like you are getting a very bespoke personal service from him.

Chloe is lovely and has been quick to answer any post sale queries we had and arranged for minor work to be carried out far quicker than I would have expected. She gives thorough and thought out explanations to all queries raised.

The house itself is extremely well-built and finished to a high standard. In any new build, you expect a few "snags," but ours were incredibly minor and more importantly, they were sorted almost immediately.

Any queries we raised throughout the build and move-in were responded to with impressive speed.

We opted for the Part Exchange scheme, which can often be a stressful route, but with Allison Homes, the process was smooth running from beginning to end.

The level of care we received felt genuinely personal, the move itself has had a number of little touches which were completely appreciated.

It is rare to find a developer that balances efficiency with such a personal touch. Allison Homes and the team here have set the gold standard for us, and we couldn't be happier in our new home.

We have just moved into our dream home on the Beaufort Gardens development and honestly cannot speak highly enough of how amazing our experience has been from start to finish! 3 extra special shout outs to Angie who is just utterly amazing at her job always going above and beyond and honestly caring so much about making sure you get the best and everything is done correctly, keeping you updated with everything, just feel in great hands knowing she is always there! Will who without him we wouldnt have got our forever home so cannot ever thank them enough. We've just signed our reservation contract for a plot at the Beaufort Garden Development in Market Deeping. Angie, the sales manager, has really been phenomenal. From the moment we popped in randomly last week to check what was available to the signature of the reservation contract today, she has been super responsive, always called us for an update when she said she would, and processed all the paperwork efficiently. Made this a very pleasant process so far and we're excited for the next steps !
