I am getting no response from Allianz for non-payment of an annuity for my March payment. I have received a late payment last year and no follow up as to why this happened. Robert's Wealth, the firm that sold me this questionable product, has been no help at all in getting a resolution. I will be forced to pay a penalty to get out of this poor financial product.

This is the business called Allianz Life Insurance Co of North America whom I"m doing a review on:

After having been shot down by their contracted financial advisor back on Sept 5, 2024 from a BIG misunderstanding on one of my invested accounts as I would have had six total Allianz accts as one of them not resolved professionally, nor respectfully. I reached out to Gary R., Allianz Sr Compliance Specialist, (contracted with prior financial advisor), as he didn't do much for me when he mislead me as to finding me another financial advisor, not letting me know either way, and accused me for stirring it when I was trying to fix the issue to finding out the truth from them as to what happened when dealing with my money I invested my trust in them but their contracted financial advisors instigated it initially w/o proper clarification what was really going on there; so I filed a complaint through Allianz which their staff, Gary had put in a formal letter of my complaints to Jasmine J (CEO) that I felt this team from Allianz's is just as 'shady' as their contracted business advisor, Freedom Revolution Dream Team, is the reason I retracted my money back to me out in time before the final deadline as John F. (ex Army) seem in favor in talking me into preventing me from growing my money as I recently cashed in this high amount of money with them as they are not able to carry an honest business with their clients, especially to a retired disabled military veteran. I'm not surprised with these negative reviews I was experiencing possibly is the same way they've been doing to other clients because they are a BIG company money making machines that these other reviewers were dealing are having almost and if not same issues as I. I don't know how this Allianz Life Insurance Co of North America are able to pull this off to people and still be around with so many complaints made on them here and on another site. Maybe it's the word 'greed' in their vocabulary. If I was them, I'd be more worry of my reviews than getting money from people and not able to do the right thing for their clients. But I know they don't care if they get reviews like this, is all about money making that we are to them, which is considered irresponsible, immoral, and disrespectful to customers.

Ils demandent certificat de vie et certificat de résidence fiscale et à part cela par de site pour avoir accès à Allianz . Il faut téléphoner . Tous les prétextes sont bons pour ne pas payer
A réception du document ils mettent 10 jours ouvrés à verser la pension soit 2 semaines!
Depuis 10 ans environs ma pension de 400 euros a été réévaluée de 3 €! Et aucune explication sur la réévaluation annuelle des pensions
Pas d’application dédiée aux allocataires. Irrespectueux. On a cotisé longtemps et après
Simple Communication limitée au téléphone.

OMG, where to start. First, my mom signed up for a scam of a nursing home insurance policy in her mid 55s. The criteria they have make it impossible to file a claim. She's mid 80s now and legally blind and they have just denied an appeal to file a claim. This company is the biggest scam.

DO NOT START A NURSING HOME INSURANCE PLAN with them. My mom has paid them close to $55K and she has no funds left to keep paying. The kicker is that they say she won't qualify until she is in the nursing home facility but at that point, Medicare takes over - end result is that Allianz gets away with scamming her for $55K +. They are evil and all review should be heeded.

Be forewarned all who pass through the allianz gates of hell.

Torturous experience! I felt like Hitler resurfaced to torture yet another victim! Allianz insured Hitler's death camps FY!! I had an annuity with them and they annuitized w/o my consent as their correspondence and checks went to my old address and weren't received nor cashed!! Horrific customer service and then finally got somebody in US and they apologized and on a recorded line said it will be reversed and put back into contract!! Au contraire, more lies!! However I had to sign a release that I received checks which I never cashed in order to get my contract reinstated and now will be getting a 1099 and have a fraudulent tax liabliity!! I reported them for insurance fraud!! You'd have to be crazy to deal with such a despicaple company!! Go somewhere better please be safe not sorry!!...

Worse company ever. The associates appear helpful but they have no idea what they are doing. My father left his annuity to charity. They would not deal with the estates representative. They wouldn’t send his 1099 R to allow my fathers last year of taxes to be filed. Everyone I talked to told me to do something different and they were never satisfied with the information requested. Finally asked for a supervisor who never called. This company does not deserve your business since they are unable to honor your requests.

Years ago I was an agent along with my fiance. I funded 2 annunities and just now wanted to start annuitizing them. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life! The CS reps don't know what they are doing, they email the incorrect forms, and sent both forms into the file for ONE of the annuities! In other words, lost one of them! When I called just now the cs rep sounded like she was asleep!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I know another agent who deals with them who is NOT impressed, either.
