Alliance Cleaning - Office Cleaning Company Omdömen

I wanted to take a moment to wholeheartedly recommend Danny and the team from Alliance, who have been my preferred cleaning contractor for the past twenty years. Their consistent professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail have truly made a difference, and I couldn't imagine entrusting this responsibility to anyone else.

For those who have visited Scale Space, it's immediately clear why Alliance stands out. The cleanliness and care evident throughout the space are a direct reflection of Danny and their team's dedication and hard work. Their commitment to maintaining such high standards is not just impressive, but sets a benchmark for others.

If you're considering a cleaning contractor, I genuinely believe you won't find a more dependable or capable team than Alliance. They're a pleasure to work with and have always exceeded expectations.

We have been working with Alliance for a number of years and we have always found them to do a great job and are very reliable. They take a proactive approach to the services they offer which is appreciated.

I am very happy with the services provided by Alliance Cleaning. The team is professional, reliable, and consistently delivers work to a high standard, with excellent attention to detail. Communication has been clear and efficient throughout, and any questions or concerns are responded to promptly by our Account Manager. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue, it has been dealt with swiftly and effectively. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and would confidently recommend Alliance Cleaning.

Had our clubhouse and changing rooms cleaned the staff were professional in the process from start to finish.

I’ve been very happy with the service provided by Alliance Cleaning Limited. The team consistently does an excellent job and maintains a very high standard of cleaning. They are reliable, professional, and always responsive.

What I particularly appreciate is their willingness to follow up and come back if there are ever any questions or small details that need attention. That level of service and communication makes a real difference.

Overall, a great company to work with, and I would happily recommend them.

Great company

Alliance is very professional and has a proactive approach bespoke to their client. Their team has prompt communication and consistency.

Alliance Cleaning have been exceptional from the very start. They took us on at short notice and were immediately solution-focused, professional and positive in their approach.

Their reliability and high standards have made a dramatic difference, significantly reducing my workload and giving me complete confidence that the job will be done properly and consistently. They are a truly dependable pair of hands, which is, honestly, all a headteacher can ask for.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alliance Cleaning to any school or organisation looking for a responsive, proactive and trustworthy cleaning company.

I needed a commercial clean at extremely short notice and Alliance was recommended to me. They responded immediately to my message and, after explaining the tight timeline to them, they did everything they could to ensure I met my deadline. Louis and Thomasz were brilliant, and worked hard to transform the space from uninhabitable to immaculate, saving me a great deal of worry, inconvenience and hassle. I highly recommend them - polite, professional and diligent - and will now use them for all my commercial cleaning needs.

I've worked with Alliance Cleaning for several years now (I just keep renewing their contract!) and happily supplied many positive reviews. Nothing and nobody is perfect, and stuff happens, regardless of what we do, but it's how it's dealt with that matters. Alliance understand this, and work hard to understand their clients needs and wishes.
In addition - and this is important to me - Alliance take care of their staff, realising the value of loyalty and continuous service. Lenka is an absolute legend and has never let me down. Louis, Ana, Max, Danny, just as awesome. I look forward to working with you for many years to come. Thank you 😊

Working for Alliance Cleaning has been a very positive experience. The company is well-organised, professional, and provides everything needed to deliver a high standard of work. Communication from management is clear, and supplies and support are always available when needed — which already sets Alliance apart from many other cleaning companies in the UK.

But what truly makes the difference is the leadership. Petra, my manager, is simply exceptional. She treats everyone with respect, listens carefully, and acts quickly when something needs attention. She leads by example — always professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to both quality and people. Her way of managing motivates the whole team to do better every day.

Alliance Cleaning is lucky to have someone like Petra representing the company’s values so well. I’m proud to be part of this team and would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking for reliable, supportive, and well-managed cleaning services.

Working with Dan and the team has been nothing short of amazing, from initial discussions through to our first few weeks has been great, would recommend highly for your office space!

I feel incredibly fortunate to work closely with such a dedicated, and professional team.

I was recently invited and involved in part of a charity golf day, accompanying the Alliance Team - a fantastic event in support of a great cause.

A special thank you to Danny, Louis, and Mark for their hospitality on the day, and during our working relationship.

Brilliant people, brilliant company.

I have worked for Alliance as office cleaner and I throughly enjoyed working for them. The communication to and from the management team Louie and Petra was impeccable, any problems that would arise were delt with in short time. I Couldn't praise this company enough. Thank you Alliance and the Alliance team for everything.

We've been using Alliance for quite a while now and we're very happy with their services. Special mention to Connie as she is absolutely fantastic
