Could be much better. Don't think I'll be back.
Ordered a chocolate and wine gift for my Daughter. It took just under a week to arrive (expected time). It was €10 for delivery. Unfortunately on arrival the box that it was delivered in was damaged, and as a result the presentation box was damaged, and so too were the chocolates. They were consumable, but broken. The wine arrived safely, and I'm told was lovely.
Also, the birthday note was part of the delivery docket. I suppose that's effecient, but overall not a great presentation for a gift.
I have emailed them to give feedback, as it appears to mostly be a delvery issue.
Overall, not bad but could definately improve.
Edit:
Allgifts.ie snt myself and my daughter a really nice bar of chocolate each as as apology.
The response was a bit slow, but not unexpected with everything going on right now.
I'd still be wary of shopping there again, but really appreciated the acknowledgement.
