Kate was really welcoming and understanding of my struggles and made sure I was comfortable enough and explained everything to me in a simple manner in which helped me understand what was going on. I appreciate that she listens to me and let me be myself.

For years I was suffering with low energy levels. GP did some test but nothing helped. It then got worse with really bad headaches nearly daily and bad stomach. Kate helped me with all of that. Already a week after following her advice I was feeling better and two months later I felt like my old self again with high energy levels and no headaches. It felt like a miracle. Kate is very generous with her time and helped me through the changes with a lovely energy.

Kate was absolutely amazing. Everything was so painless and she managed to withdraw my blood on the first attempt, which is extremely rare. She was ever so lovely and I was in and out of there within 10 mins. Would definitely recommend her. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience all round.

For years I've had ongoing symptoms with my stomach, digestion and the works. I've always been advised it's nothing to worry about, or IBS, or everything is okay, without tests being properly explained - I learned more in an hour's consultation with Kate than ever before!

Kate is extremely knowledgeable, whilst also extremely encouraging. I'm quite early on in this journey, but Kate has provided so much validation by clearly explaining what certain things mean from bloods, scans, etc. I'm really looking forward to working with Kate to get back to better health - I would recommend anyone who isn't sure they're getting the answers from their doctors to turn to her.

I've undergone phlebotomy training with Kate and she is simply brilliant. Knowing how much knowledge, skill, experience and professionalism Kate puts into what on the surface looks like a straightforward blood test, I now wouldn't want anyone other than Kate taking my blood! She has really high clinical standards, works with integrity and is a generally all round lovely person.

Kate was so friendly, knowledgeable and really attentive. Made me feel so at ease and so happy I've started with her.

Thanks to Kate I no longer spend all morning trying to clear my throat and most evenings scratching my hands and feet due to intolerances to two different foods. I followed on to have a Gut test which identified the bad bacteria in my tummy. After following all Kate's instructions I now feel amazing.

Kate was very warm & welcoming. She made me very relaxed and explained everything as she went along. Kate is very knowledgeable and went to efforts of explaining any food categories and groups as well as providing lists of alternatives and gave me more knowledge in what my body is in taking.
