The whole process was easy.
Details of car, insurance company, car valuation received was all I provided to Allegiant that was all it required. Within few weeks received letter stating case had been reviewed and offer made from insurance company. Within a week money in bank.
If I had not spotted Allegiant would never have received this extra money.
The whole process was very simple
The whole process was very simple. Even when my previous insurance company had deleted my file. Allegiant still managed to get me my compensation.

Poor communication
Poor communication. It seems they just do a complaint and wait for the insurance company to not respond so they can take their cut of the £25 inconvenience fee.
They are open about how to do it for free yourself. I am hoping that they take forward the complaint with the information I provided but annoying that they wait for 6 months before even asking for this.
