Workman's they was very professional and very friendly and Don good job

Steve came round today and inspected the job, everything was OK, I don't think he realises how much his work has improved the lives of two OAPs.

Had a new boiler loft insulation Steve main man was very helpful with Al the men helpful tidy polite cleaned up and efficient and made sure everything was okay even when struggling with thermostats was helpful setting x

I have to say they were two of the nicest tradespeople I have ever met, extremely polite, nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond what they needed to do and far exceeded any expectations. The job they had to do in my premises took an awful lot longer than they expected and they never complained once, just got on with it till it was finished. The communication with them was smooth. Obviously you expect some mess when such a big job has been done, but you’d hardly know anyone had been working here.
I would highly recommend these two gents.

I was a bit skeptical at first when I got a call from this company ,yes they did ask a lot of questions and had to send in lots of photos, our representative was Steve, the only reason I went with this company is my mum needed help with updating her property and this company was the only one that didn't ask for any money, as it's a charity base company, and true to there word, they took my mum's old cylinder boiler out and replaced it with a combi boiler, put ventilation on all windows, took her old fire place out and boarded it up, and put fans in the bathroom kitchen and loo , and all the work men did a great job, if we had an issue they sorted it out, ,so if you do come across offers from this company and your eligible ,take it up, and thank you so much Steve, he put us at ease all the way through .

Steve and his team are currently here installing the boiler and loft insulation. Dust sheets everywhere to protect my property. They have removed the back boiler and taken away the old gas fire. Steve is keeping us updated with everything that is being done. His team are polite and friendly

Just had Steve come around for a after service call to make sure that the heating system i had installed was working and there where no snags.
I am very happy with this Company and would definitely recommend.
All the work force were excellent and understood my situation as i suffer from ill heath.

Excellent workmanship. Steve was great as was John the electrician both legends. Everyone was polite, kind no judgement. Stuart and Geoff were fab, lovely blokes very friendly and worked like troopers over 3 days in that heat. The loft guy, hat off to him working in my 3 lofts in that heat, deserves a medal. The 2 gas engineers didn't have an easy job but they solved all the problems they were faced with, again in that heat, very professional. Would recommend, well worth the upheaval.

After a doorstep cold call and offer which seemed too good to be true, I can guarantee this is NOT a scam and if you are eligible it’s well worth having. This will save you money and improve your home’s eco rating. We recently had a new boiler installed, improved loft insulation and air vents fitted.
The lads that came into our home were proper grafters and jobs completed to a high standard. There was obviously a bit of mess but they did their best to keep this to a minimum.
Steve, the gaffer kept us informed and was available on the phone for any queries etc.
All in all an exceptional job completed and we now have a new and far more efficient boiler!

Included in our grant was a boiler upgrade, complete new central heating system, as well as insulation for our loft and plasterboard insulation for where the loft insulation didn’t reach. We were also given fans in the kitchen and dining room to aid ventilation.

In my opinion, the workmen were all second to none - they were all friendly, clean and tidy, kept the house neat, and most of all knew their trades well. The plasters did such a good job, that they should be put forward to re plaster Westminster Abby should the need arise. The instillation crew for the central heating system worked so hard over the two days it took to install, and their work was spot on. The gas pipe work was so neat, and we are so happy to be warm again.
