Amazing All Clean

I manage a 300,000 sq ft commercial building in Central London, and we appointed All Clean last year to carry out our window cleaning. They have been outstanding from day one.

Throughout the year they've had to work around numerous challenges, including ongoing scaffolding and other site constraints, yet nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. They always find a solution, keep me informed, and make the whole process completely stress-free.

All Clean is without doubt one of the easiest, best-managed, and safest window cleaning companies I've worked with. Their communication is excellent, their management team is responsive and organised, and their RAMS are always comprehensive and delivered well in advance, giving me complete confidence that everything is being carried out safely and professionally.

The operatives they send to site are always punctual, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and extremely professional. They clearly understand the work they're carrying out, respect the building and its occupants, and represent the company exceptionally well.

As a Building Manager, it's refreshing to work with a contractor that consistently delivers such a high standard of service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Clean to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious window cleaning company.

All Clean are highly professional and…

All Clean are highly professional and do a thorough job of cleaning all exterior windows and all internal glass such as mirrors and balustrades inc external smoking shelter. This is always followed up by photographic evidence.
Highly recommended.

Never again.

We'd used them for our block of flats a few years ago and they were ok. Just had them round this week and they couldn't be bothered to actually clean our windows, they squirted some water and left. That was after turning up 3 hours late. And they still wanted to be paid. Never again.

Dirty tricks no clean windows

All Clean London were appointed by our managing agent Optivo to clean the communal windows at our address in Putney (block of 22 flats). It wasn’t until our annual service charge statement was produced that we discovered that all residents had been paying for a years worth of window cleaning and All Clean London hadn’t cleaned the windows once during this time. The worrying thing about this company is the job cards they produced on the dates of their supposed visits had a pathetic drive by photo of our building (clearly taken from the window of a van!) which is a shocking case of fraudulent deception. Avoid this crowd at all costs, clearly very dodgy and taking advantage of having contracts where no one checks up on their work so get away with it! Shocking.

We take allegations of this nature extremely seriously and were very concerned to read this review.

This contract was managed directly through Optivo, and all works were carried out in accordance with the agreed schedule. At the time, the managing agent confirmed they were satisfied that the services had been completed correctly.

All Clean London operates with structured job logging procedures, including date-stamped records and photographic reporting in line with contract requirements. We do not and would not knowingly invoice for works not carried out.

If there were any concerns regarding communication or visibility of works at the time, we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them directly alongside the managing agent.

We are proud of our long-standing reputation across London and strongly refute any suggestion of deliberate wrongdoing.
