Company did not ship product and their telephone number is disconnected. Ordered product over 1 year ago and still "processing".

SCAM. Do not order from this website.

Ordered an ELT battery. No follow up no review and don’t answer emails. Be warned this may be a scam.

It is January 18, 2026. I made an order on Oct 29, 2025 and still have not received my order. I began to contact them about a week after I made the order. On Nov 10, I received their first response. It was an email from Martin P. in customer service who said that my order was back ordered. He said the manufacturer had confirmed that they could expect delivery on Thursday of that week (Nov 12). Since that time, I have made numerous attempts by phone and email to contact them, but it appears I have been ghosted. My order still shows pending on their website, but I can not get anyone to return my request for an order update. I am giving two stars because I found their prices to be very competitive, but that does me no good if I can’t get what I ordered. The fact that their order is still pending also discourages me from ordering elsewhere (regardless of the price at this point), because I don’t want to order somewhere else just to then also receive this one, especially when I can not get status updates.

The website advertised next day shipping. For 2 weeks the website said my order number was "processing".
I called multiple times, leaving a voice mail each time and I never heard from the company. I texted multiple times and never got a reply. I read in one customer's response that he finally got an answer by using the chat function. I tried it and it is no longer being utilized. (The website needs to be updated to take out the chat option.) I gave up on receiving the order thinking the website was a fraud and ordered the product from a different vendor. Just as I was about to call the credit card company to get my money back, the product shows up on my doorstep unannounced.
I can guarantee you that I won't purchase anything else from this company. Zero customer service!

Slow to ship and almost no response when I needed to return an item. Very poor communications.

Terrible experience. Advertised item I bought as in stock & same day shipping. A week later, nothing has shipped, no response to emails or phone calls. I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing -- This company appears to be a SCAM

Ordered and paid for a transponder cable kit 2 weeks ago. Paid for expedited shipping as well. Still haven’t received the item, nor do they answer emails, nor phone calls…
I think this company is a scam and have contacted my credit card security team.

It says two day shipping. I waited a week then called and emailed. I then received a shipping alert but no return call. Less than half of what I ordered showed up. I have been calling and sending emails for two weeks no with no returned email or phone call. I am having to consider legal options at this point.

Ordered an ELT battery. Needed it to finish my annual. Got an email saying the order was being processed. Then nothing. For a month. No answer to calls. No returned calls from messages. No response to emails. I'd say it's a scam but it appears they didn't charge my credit card. WTH??

Received early in perfect condition thank you

I first ordered a battery from you on July 23. I still haven't gotten the item from that order (Order #15888). It is still processing (even today), according to your online tracking system.
Not remembering that, I ordered it again from you on Aug 26. When entering that second order (Order #15998) to my airplane expense database, the database alerted me that I had already ordered that exact item from you a month ago. That's when I lost confidence that you would ever send me a battery. So I immediately cancelled that second order (#15998) and ordered a battery from another company (which already arrived). Martin Petera emailed back on August 27, stating it had already been shipped, but would send a return merchandise authorization form in the morning. The now unneeded battery arrived, but the RMA still hasn’t arrived.

The price was excellent, with quick shipping, couldn't have been better!

I was skeptical, but the ELT battery was delivered at a great price.
