I ordered a set of bits and received a few bits in bulk, really cheating!

Giving it a one star because 0 is not an option. Took 3 months to arrive (ordered a Christmas Garland on the 9th November 2025 and it arrived in Feb 2026!), quality is awful and the product is NOTHING like what I thought I had bought. STEER CLEAR. Blaming myself for not having checked TrustPilot before ordering.

Unlike others, I did actually receive my item (after 6 weeks) but it's a piece of s**t - quality is awful. Do not use this website.

Never going to buy something from this site!

Yes! The company is a scam company. I ordered in July 2025. It's December 2025. I've sent emails with no response and no product. They should be shut down and I'm sure they are and probably opened with a new name. Zero communication. So I write it off as a scam and thankful it was only 100.00 US. Live and learn. Just a heads up folks. Save your time and money...

This Is a complete Scam. I ordered from this company and was given a fake tracking Number. Argh I’ve never been scammed so this angers me.

I bought an article from them on Sept 13, 2025. They confirmed the order and sent a fake tracking website for the shipment. I have been tracking it every week until now Nov 1, 2025 and it still hasn’t arrived to my home.

I sent them an email which they replied to saying that when I receive the article I can send it back for a refund.

How can we put this company down? Is there a police that controls these types of crimes?

I wish I could put zero stars. I ordered some tools that looked completely different when received. I asked for a refund and the only way they would is if I returned it and paid for the shipping, then they would refund. I sent it back (to China$$) and they claim they never received it and I did not email them correct USPS receipts...which I did email...more than once. This company nevere told me themselves, PayPal told me. The tracking has said "China customs" since July. And they have not answered ANY of my emails once I mailed the items back.

FRAUD!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a $20+ pencil set in May 2025 and showed “delayed in Clemson” for 3 months. I’ve been emailing support since July and as of last night, they changed all the shipping info today “in transit” and deleting all prior info.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a set of markers at the price of $43.78 on May 3, 2025 (today's date is August 24, 2025) and received no tracking information until June 1, 2025. I sent an email on June 18 asking if there was any update & received a generic email from customer service stating that the item was still in transit and they had "urged them (whoever them is)" to update in info. Nothing was updated.

Emailed a second time on July 31st due to not delivery and/or update in delivery transportation, received same generic email response. Just emailed again this morning (August 24, 2025) asking for an update and/or cancellation. No response yet.

I will be reporting to BBB as this is absolute fraud and theft - this company is literally stealing people's money and not sending anything. It is a pure scam and a swindle.

Scam site,sent completely the wrong item,false advertising

Everyone that works for this company should be jailed for fraud! You spend real money for product advertised and get some other crap then they try to apologize but do nothing but keep your money!! Platforms that allow companies like this to advertise should be held responsible too!

Almost 2 month I ordered a cellphone selfie screen with remote control.
Over a month arrived in Hong Kong, but never arrived at my house.
