So unfortunately I was in a car crash with my son who was in an axkid move that i had previously purchased from all about carseats. The seat kept him safe so when replacing it was obvious that I was going to use again to get a new seat. After looking online at what she had available I decided to upgrade from the move to the minikid 2. Within 2 hours of contacting she was happy to come to my home and fit the seat in our other car. The seat is amazing and I'm so happy with the replacement even though it was due to a crash but at the end of the day the seat was a saving grace so there was no way I was going to get anything less than amazing again.

We went to All About Car Seats to get our first ERF seat for our 19 month old. Marta was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and professional, and was very generous with her time with demonstrating how to fit the car seat and the different options available - despite the pouring rain! We got the Minikid 4 and it is brilliant.

Impressive knowledge! My kids never be safer than now in a car.

Initially I was looking to replace two old seats which I would be able to switch between my car and grandparents car. We had an initial appointment in my parents car to look for an ERF seat. Marta was very knowledgable and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. She also advised on how to change the other seat they had from a group 2 to 3. She suggested we come back with my car also to see how the ERF seat would fit and look for a new HBB as the one I had was unsuitable.
Marta set up the seats to show how they would fit and how my boys would fit in them. After purchasing a Britax Safeway and Britax Kidfix Isize she installed both and checked for fit, and then installed my old Joie 360 spin which is still viable into my parents car and checked for fit (which I had got totally wrong).
I will be returning to Marta when I need a new seat.

We visited Marta at All About Car Seats in Pudsey today. I was so so impressed with her car seat safety knowledge, help and advice. We needed 3 seats; 2 for our almost 6 year old who has sadly now outgrown the rear facing seats, and one for new baby arriving soon. Marta was so helpful over Facebook messenger initially and then again in person. Even advising me where to buy pram adapter clips etc which she doesn’t sell and what I needed for the seat we were buying. I was worried about turning our daughter forward facing (she is tall for her age) but she explained all the safety advice and options available for high backed boosters so we could make an informed decision. Fully showed us how to fit and adjust the seats in the car and did this for us. I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly and would 100% use her again, especially having previously had very poor advice from many shops unfortunately, who only care about sales and have absolutely no knowledge or concern about car seat safety which is so vitally important for the sake of your most precious cargo! If you want your child to be safe, go see Marta!

When we originally went to see her we were on our way to Skegness but the car seat we'd set our hearts on wouldn't fit in our car due to a stupid cosmetic design on our rear car seats. Marta tried every way to get the seat belts to work for us but in the end it wasn't going to happen.
We expressed that we were concerned we'd left it a bit late to get a new car seat as our baby's head was nearly at the top of his carrier. Marta took one look at our carrier and pulled a wedge out that we didn't even know was there!! He wasn't over the weight limit and suddenly Marta has bought us another inch of head space which meant we were able to wait for the Britax Max Safe Plus to be released.
We went to see Marta today and tried out the Max Safe Plus and other car seat to compare. As last time she fitted everything into our car and explained how she was doing it all. She then adjusted the seat to show it at 'maximum size' to make sure we would all still fit comfortably in the car before adjusting it for our baby and fitting him into the seat. She encouraged us to take photos for comparison but I had set my heart on the britax being the one for us. We wanted to take away today, otherwise Marta would have ordered in for us from the full selection of colours but she had 3 different colours in stock with her so we didn't feel it was necessary. Absolutely proud as punch and feel we can get in touch if we ever need advice with our car seat in the future. Hopefully I'll be getting a similar model for my Mum in the near future and won't go to anyone else now.

Brilliant company and customer service. Marta is highly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help ensure the correct fit for you, your baby and your car. I feel so reassured that my little one has one of the safest car seats on the market and even happier that Marta herself fitted it for us. We bought an ERF car seat from Marta last year for our son. She was incredibly thorough and spent lots of time trying different seats in different positions in our car to make sure we made the best choice for our family.

We’ve been really happy with the seat but I was unsure about removing inserts etc now my son is a year older so we recently returned for a fit check. Again Marta spent time working out the best fit and ensuring I understood what to do to maximise the seat use going forwards as our little one continues to grow.

She has also provided email support to my queries and hunted down spare inserts from the retailer after my husband misplaced ours.

As a paediatric nurse with extensive experience in A&E and ICU I have looked after many children who have suffered injuries in road traffic accidents. Car seat safety is so important and unfortunately in this country the large high street retailers are not well-informed about the safest, most highly-tested options as UK legislation is not as robust as in other areas of Europe.

I cannot recommend this small business enough. Marta is a professional with a wealth of valuable knowledge and really cares about the families she works with.

Absolutely fantastic service from Marta. We were in need of a new infant carrier ready for the arrival of our twins, as well as wanting to look at options for extended rear facing seats for our 3yo and for the future.
Marta showed us the different options of infant carriers and clearly explained what we were looking for to ensure a safe and secure fit for the babies. She then took the time to test out lots of different seats in different positions in both of our cars to check what would and wouldn't fit along side our current seats. She also kindly installed a new ERF seat into our car (which we had brought with us) and checked that our 3yo had a good fit.
We are very happy with the knowledge and patience that Marta showed. We were able to choose a new infant carrier based on her excellent advice and we are confident in this purchase. We will not hesitate to come back to her again the next time we need a new seat.

I recently bought 2 x Axkid Minikid 2s, one for my car and one for my partners.
Unfortunately, when I was moving one car seat, I broke the styrofoam to the right of the seat and it needed replacing not long after purchasing.
I contacted Marta who was more than happy to help. She took the product details and contacted Axkid on my behalf, with a replacement part delivered directly to my address.
She even offered to fit this for us at her own home, great service!
The car seat is now fully functional again and my child perfectly safe, thanks to Marta.

Excellent, very professional help and advice. Even though I have a very difficult toddler, Marta managed to calmly and effectively adjust four different car seats in our car, only to choose the one that fitted the best.
I can't thank her enough for the amount of patience, knowledge and passion she has when it comes to the car safety of the little ones. My child is now safe and very comfortable in her new car seat. I will be definitely coming back when the time comes.

We were sold a very expensive extended rear facing car seat by this company which has a known fault and was totally unsuitable for our child.
I expressed concern about the fit for my child at the time of fitting but was assured that this would not be a problem and was because my car was parked on a slope. As soon as the car seat was used (once) the extent of the issue became apparent and I contacted the retailer immediately for a resolution.
The company refused to offer a refund or exchange. They claimed that the manufacturer was responsible for providing a refund despite them selling us the item. We were left with absolutely no protection as a consumer by them or the manufacturer. Even more concerning, the retailer insisted during all communication that the car seat was safe to use despite it forcing my child’s head into an unnatural and uncomfortable position. We have now had to replace the seat as our child could not use the one we were sold.
I would not use this company again or recommend them as a trusted provider of extended rear facing car seats.
