With a steadfast dedication to transparency and accountability, the foundation operates on a 100% donation policy, ensuring that every contribution directly translates into meaningful assistance for those in need. At the heart of its mission lies the fundamental belief in the power of basic necessities to transform lives. One of the cornerstone initiatives of the foundation is its provision of clean water access to communities across Kashmir, recognizing the vital role it plays in health, hygiene, and overall well-being. Education is championed as a cornerstone of empowerment, and the foundation spearheads initiatives to make quality education accessible to all. From building schools and educational materials, Al-Khidma is committed to nurturing young minds and opening doors to a brighter future. Recognizing the importance of skills and vocational training in fostering self-reliance, the foundation offers assisted training programs such as sewing and other trades, empowering individuals to acquire the skills needed for sustainable livelihoods. In a society where mobility challenges can often become barriers to independence and dignity, the foundation extends its support to the elderly and disabled by providing wheelchairs and other assistive devices, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to lead a life of dignity and mobility. Additionally, the foundation operates food distribution programs targeting the most vulnerable segments of society, ensuring that no one goes to bed hungry. Through these initiatives, Al-Khidma strives to alleviate hunger and food insecurity, one meal at a time.Se mer
