One star is too much.

One star is too much.. I tried to return the bras and sent many emails to customer service and although I got reply but not with instructions how to return the bras (which are in wrong size and poor quality). Now after 3 weeks of trying to return product I know it is a scam!!!!

Customer service poor

I ordered two dresses. They arrived yesterday. The top and arms were so tight I couldn’t get them over my head. Contacted customer service by email and they answered but are going around in circles with same issues.
I have now complained and said I would contact my bank.
I have sent another email as the company suggested and one again they have replied with quote” we have answered your query “ and of course they have not !!!!!
They have offered me a partial refund and they don’t want the dresses returned. We have accepted and will give them to a charity shop.

If i could leave 0 starts i would! They have no idea about customer service, this is what they sent me after i complained about a delivery

If you want to return it ,you should afford the shipping fee,our factory is located in abroad ,the shipping fee will be expensive .We don't recommend you do that .

We can resend new product to you, but we hope you pay 12.8925 GBP shipping fee . Do you accept it?

We don't need you to return the received package, because this international freight is very expensive

Update. 4November. After lots and lots of emails and promises, refund arrived. Only taken 6 months. Will never deal with this company again

Support bra's with no support

Hi, I ordered some sports bras from here, they were meant to be full support bras, when they arrived they were poor quality not as described, the back of the bra was so that it wouldn't support anything, trying to get in contact with customer service, but can't find a phone number so emailed them and was told I had to pay for the return, I don't see why I need to pay just because they are selling poor quality items, sent email telling them this but have not had a reply, I won't be buying anything here again.
