The bird food is good quality and the birds love it. The down side is the delivery service it was nearly 10 days before it arrived. I know there was a Bank holiday in between but I had an email saying it was out for delivery but it then took another 7 days to be delivered

Thank you so much for the kind words about my bird food - I'm really grateful! Very glad to hear that the birds love it. I'm currently trying to arrange a better option for my postage on the biggest bags of food - they're very hard to post. I apologise it took so long.
The birds love this blend of food
The birds love this blend of food, which is varied for the seasons so you know the birds have the nutrition they need in the winter and for the new chicks in spring. Claire is very helpful and quick to address any queries.

Company responded well but their courier service lost the delivery twice. Company sent out further supplies but due to poor service from courier the item arrived very late. Company did its best to resolve issue but might want to rethink which courier service they use.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry again for the frustration caused by the courier delays and for your order being lost twice before it finally arrived. That’s not the experience I want any customer to have. I really appreciate your patience throughout, and I’m glad we were able to keep sending replacements and do our best to get everything resolved in the end. Your feedback is completely fair, and courier reliability is something I review regularly as a small business. Unfortunately, when you're not sending huge quantities of parcels the bigger companies aren't keen to support so it means I'm a bit limited. Hopefully as the business grows I'll be able to access more reliable companies. Thank you again for your understanding and for recognising that we did all we could to put things right.
I ordered a window bird feeder with…excellent product with a strong canopy so no larger birds can prey on the smaller birds and eat in safety while you get Birds Eye view of these dear little creature
I ordered a window bird feeder with food and both products came well packaged and wrapped beautifully, fantastic delivery time and high quality bird feeder.
