If there was a zero only to give to these guys. Do not trust anything they say. They pester you until you book. once you book you don’t hear from them. Very poor service. I booked a package for November and they are giving me problems and trouble. Claim they will always call back. For the sake of your umrah do not have any dealings with them. They will leave your good intentions with a sour treatment. Pay more go elsewhere. All contact centres are abroad. Someone new will answer the phone and ask for your good name lol. The person you need to speak to is never available. Dishonest people. I am now trying to get my money and back and will be reporting them. All other reviews are fake.

Although i haven't availed the services but Mikael has been very helpful and have been spot on and did his best to provide the appropriate packagesm

We book umrah package with this company 2 times, they have been great all through the process especially Jabran who was in constant contact while we where in Saudia Arabia , making sure everything was ok. We have recommended our family and friends to the company. We shall be using them again inshallah.

Brother Mikael Bridge was very helpful and his customer service was great.

Al Islam does not deliver what they promise…
Just a few days before our trip, they changed our hotel without giving us a proper explanation.
Their service was extremely poor. I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
They charged us the full price for a hotel near Masjid al-Haram, but the accommodation they provided was not as advertised. We paid for a triple room for three adults, yet they gave us a room with only one bed.When we contacted them to complain, they simply said there was nothing they could do because it was the vendor’s responsibility. But who chose the vendor and made these arrangements?Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Sawan was very helpful with better package deal for umrah.

It was wonderful with Brother Mikael, he prepared my iternary as per my requirements and budget.

Meekel Bridge was amazing and tried accommodating all our needs on the Ramzan package but fortunately it is very busy and expensive then so we are trying to go in January 2027 now . I would recommend to everyone only stay at genuine 4 star and 5 star accommodation.

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others don't go through what we have.

At the beginning, Al Islam Travel couldn't do enough for us. We were receiving multiple calls every day, and they were very keen for us to pay our deposit to secure the booking. Once the deposit was paid, everything changed.

I had a question about part of our booking, which they agreed to amend, but then asked for more money. We accepted this and tried to contact them to make the next payment and finalise everything. Instead, we were told the prices had gone up.

Our booking was made through Naseeb, and for over six weeks we repeatedly asked to speak to him. Every single time there was an excuse – he was on another call, out of the office, or someone promised he would call us back. He never did.

I remained patient and polite throughout, but after weeks of being ignored and constantly chasing them, I finally messaged to express how disappointed I was with their customer service and requested my deposit back. Since then, we've been told almost every day that someone will "check and get back to us tomorrow." This has been going on since last Monday, and we still haven't received a proper response, a breakdown of the costs, or any clarity about our booking.

What makes this even more disappointing is that we've booked Umrah with other travel agents in the past, and the level of service has always been excellent. They supported us from the moment we enquired right through to the end of our journey. This experience with Al Islam Travel has been the complete opposite and has taken away from what should have been a special and spiritual experience.

Sadly, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Al Islam Travel. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the stress, frustration, and disappointment that we did.

I have been given the quote and agreed on both side about the price and then they asked me to minimum deposit after 2days getting mail says 600£ extra for Indian passport which I have discussed in the beginning before quotation that’s not right this is my first umrah which I have planned for years…poor communication, they are scammers they will find way to get more money be careful before deposit. better to book myself. Al Islam travels uk 👎do not book through them…

I believe all the reviews on this place was staged because it doesn’t describe whom they are. This people are dubious and still having my money with them since first week of March, the service Umrah was not provided and the refund was not given since 2nd march2026
