Ordered from Alidouro.com on July 22, 2025. After 3 days with no updates, I asked for tracking. They sent a FedEx number that showed “delivered” — but it went to a completely different person and address. FedEx confirmed it was never mine.

They stopped replying to my emails. Within days, my credit card was hit with $2,000+ in fraudulent charges from unrelated companies. My bank had to cancel the card and I’m disputing the original purchase.

Looking at other reviews, the same scam keeps coming up: charges show to a “charity,” fake tracking numbers, phones never answered, package weights that don’t match, and a few suspicious 5-star “bot” reviews.

Avoid Alidouro.com at all costs — they are not a legitimate business.

I tried to buy a e bike through them and once I pointed out that they were charging only $600 for what I can find else where at the lowest price of $1,687. And the high end of $3,280. I looked up the price of just 1 of the 2 batteries the e bike comes with and 1x battery is over $400. The parts alone without assembly I priced out to over $1,100. They said " we ship straight from the whole sales ". The whole sales charges $3,280.... thr company thats website is the same name as the product. I saw the fake reviews here that all sound the same and then every single real review was 1 star and all had 1 well 2 wait 3 omg 4 now that i think back...things in common. #1 they ALL never received a e-mail confirmation. #2 they never answered their phones, #3 its charged to a c charity " #4 they will not let you go to their store and pay in cash, #5 every one got a FedEx # that wasn't theirs and it was delivered to another address and the weight of the packages never matched what the weight of the mower weighted on the real manufactures website. I have been calling for days before buying something and they have not answered once. They reply to bad review using BROKEN ENGLISH AND CANT EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE CHATGPT TO SPELL ENGLISH SENTRNCES CORRECTLY ANDNGET MAD AT THE CUSTOMER FOR EXPOSING THEIR SCAMS.. heck thats like 7 or 8 things. COMPLETE SCAM. $600 for a $1,687. Minimum at walmart.com and $3,280. From the actual companies site..... get the **** out of here with that BS. I hope they reply to my review. Hope their wear house has fire insurance. That gas leak they keep talking about might just burn their whole warehouse down one night ;) I also checked the box to make sure they see my review that their report " gas leak " might just burn their whole warehouse down one night hahahahaha. They know dang well their ain't no gas leak and know dang well what im talking about but they have their official story that they have a gas leak so thats what will have caused the fire. Makes sense to me. Don't mess with Americans, we are known to win every time. Go back to China. I ain't even racist i just hate thieves, never been one and in many countries they cut your hand off if they catch you stealing. That would make their whole probably 5 person staff handles in other countries.

total scam. shows up as a charge to charity, which they explain away, then theyll give you delivery dates and never show up.

Alidouro has to be a scam. My mower purchase has been in "processing" for weeks. Don't answer their phone, don't respond to emails. Will need to fix with my credit card company.

Like others I am seeing here, I placed an order with Alidouro for a lawnmower. Had to use the "chat" feature to find out when it was being shipped as I had only received the order confirmation and no shipping info. They responded quickly (this time) with a FedEx tracking number. I followed that tracking number and made sure I was home for delivery. The delivery window comes and goes, and I check the tracking again only to see it has been delivered and signed for by someone I do not know and it is definitely not at the delivery address. I try to file a missing package claim with FedEx only to be told my address (as per the Alidouro order confirmation) is not the one for the delivery and they can't provide any info. I try contacting customer service (phone is not answered and three days later, still no response to my email or numerous "chats"). In looking at more detailed info on the FedEx site today (through computer rather than phone), I see the package shipped weighed 30 lbs. There is no way that is the lawnmower I ordered as the manufacturer's website shows it weighs close to 90lbs. I have filed a claim with my credit card and hope this fraud will be resolved that way since Alidouro has not responded to any of my inquiries. I should have known this was a fraud the minute my credit card statement showed the charge was for a charity rather than Alidouro. My advice is to stay away.

I thought I was purchasing a riding lawn mower from this company Alidouro. They took my credit card info and charged my account. They then provided me with an account number and FedEx tracking number stating it would be delivered on a date certain. That date came and I anxiously awaited my delivery. I was even contacted by FedEx that my package was on its way and gave me updates as to its delivery date and time. That time passed and I received a Delivery completed update with a picture of someone else's house with a package that could not possibly have held a riding lawn mower. FedEx said that the delivery notice I received was not my address and they would not give the the address for the delivery. All my calls and e-mails to the Alidouro company went unanswered. I contacted my Credit Card co. and they are investigating and have returned the money to my account. AS FAR AS I CAN TELL THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

This is a scam. Do not deal with this company. They are fraudsters. I paid for a shed and they said they delivered it but I do not have and the fedex number they sent me does not belong to me. Customer service is not responding to calls or emails. I am reporting to FBI and FTC and all other authorities. Please stay away from this company

Never received confirmation for shipping. Used chat on website and they stopped replying when questioned. Phone number was never answered.

Filed a claim with Paypal and my bank. Awaiting resolution now.

SCAM! Stay away.

I would have to say I am very disappointed. I found this site looking for this product and once I saw the price I placed the order. My order was cancelled and PayPal payment returned. Then I got a message to place the order again then it wouldn't accept PayPal which leads me to believe this is a SCAM
because that is the only secure payment
method you accepted. NOT GOOD!!!!
I was trying to be nice about the situation. I didn't use a Credit Card I used PayPal and you wouldnt accept it when I tried it again because you know its a secure form of payment. If this is legitimate why wasn't I able to place another order?

This place is a SCAM! I purchased through their online store and they only gave me a partial refund because they said it is paypal fees. then when i chatted with them. they offered me another coupon to make up for it. However, i can't use the coupon at their san antonio store and now their phone line does not work. everything that is wrote with reviews is all FAKE. This is not authentic store or online business. Do not use the coupon codes because i think they found a way to hack and keep the discount code amount that you enter. Stay away from this place because i lost a small portion of funds already.

UPDATE - So i felt bad based on the owner's response and I decided to give it another shot because i am not here to hurt anyone's business. However, the 25% coupon, I would have to order again through paypal and i promised i would take off this review and give them 5 stars. Well that is not happening. $27 dollars that i lost is still $27 that I should not be losing in the first place. I tried to purchase with my credit card on their website and it still does not work - it has to go through paypal.

I even called the number and there is NEVER a response. I chatted with the online representative and she said that the store is not open because of a gas leak and they are working with the city to fix it. Because I said that I want to go up there directly and pay in cash and purchase. Again, running around excuse and BS. its been several of days now and it is still not open.

The online representative said that they will be crediting back my credit card for $30 and pay me back for the lost. Nothing happen and I still have not received it.

This company is a fraud and you scam people out of their hard earn money a little at a time. It adds up for you and that is not right! EVERYONE STAY AWAY!
