È una vergogna che non facciano entrare disabili senza prenotazione...dovrebbero solo vergognarsi

Hice una reserva y se la cobraron en el momento, a los dos días vi que habían procedido a la devolución en el banco y llamé para preguntar el motivo, me dijeron que no había entradas para esa fecha pero podíamos cambiar de fecha y así lo hicimos y se procedió a pagar por PayPal en el momento, a los pocos días se vuelve a cobrar por PayPal la misma cantidad y ahora no quieren devolverme el importe, porque dicen que es el importe de la reserva inicial y la reserva final. Pero que reserva inicial si ellos mismos lo cancelaron? Son unos ladrones, no compren aquí.

È una truffa a tutti gli effetti. Sito fatto così bene che sembra il sito ufficiale. Nessuna trasparenza sul fatto che si tratta di una agenzia. Per la nostra esperienza il prezzo è stato il quadruplo rispetto al sito ufficiale, ma abbiamo conosciuto gente sul posto che ha pagato molto di più, senza la cosapevolezza che si trattasse di una agenzia. Persino chi lavora sul posto è consapevole di questi siti truffa. Diffidate e comprate nel sito ufficiale.

ATTENTION Agence de voyage que se fait passer pour Alhambra ! Payé 129€ au lieu de 20€. Et ils refusent de rendre l'argent.

This is just landing page, which belongs (or cooperates) to company mytoptour.es in Spain. They pretend to be "official", but in fact they are just tickets reseller with the 250% commission fee (we paid by mistake 45 eur per person instead of official price 18 eur for Alhambra visit). In fact, they are not offering any "services" besides re-sending you the official ticket. "Skip the line" promise is falsehood, because you should go to the main entrance queue. Meeting point link to Google maps they send is also wrong. Audio guide that they advertising - could be downloaded for free inside of Alhambra with QR code. So it could be asily considered as fraud.

The only normal thing was, that there was still real person in WhatsApp chat, who answered some questions (which would not appear in case of real official service). But almost everybody would like to "gain" 100+ eur for 10 min of work.

So we decided to make an official fraud compliant to Policia Nacional and Oficina de Seguridad del Internauta (OSI).

Het Alhambra was zeker een bezoek waard. Maanden vooraf online tickets besteld. Bij entree Alhambra op vertoon en controle van paspoorten de tickets gekregen. Vervolgens snel naar eerste paleis ivm tijdblok, daar weer paspoort en ticketcontrole. Bij volgende paleis weer paspoort en ticketcontrole en bij verlaten paleis weer paspoort en ticketcontrole, zo ging het het hele bezoek door, zo 7-8 x, echt vreselijk irritant. Voor ons een reden het Alhambra de volgende keer maar over te slaan.

They are a complete scam! Nothing to add to all the other reviews but please use the official website. They are not! Spent 160 euros where we could’ve gotten in for 38. They even charge kids but upon arrival Alhambra told me they are free of charge!!

I had the same experience as the other reviewers: Misleading advertising as "official" ticket sellers, wildly overpriced tickets justified by an "audio guide" that you can get for free as an app, confusing and contradictory information on the website regarding whether "Nasrid palace" is included.

I would encourage everyone unfortunate enough to buy tickets from these guys to pursue

(a) a charge back with your credit card company,
(b) a formal complaint according to the rules of the Andalusian tourist board (search for "hoja de reclamaciones andalucia"). You can find the official address of the company by searching for "MNPQ GESTORES TURISTICOS SL".

Please do not get scammed from these people. You pay 49 Euro for a ticket that costs 19.90 Euro. On top, they do not include the Nasrid palaces, but instead they ask for extra money for it.

Complete scam! Same issue as other reviewers. I paid 80 euros and couldn’t even see the Nasrid Palaces and the audio is offered free at the Alhambra. Don’t use them, they are not the official Alhambra website!! I didn’t know until after I paid and got an email from My Top Tours and it was non-refundable. I also asked their customer support about how to enter the Alhambra and they never responded. When I finally got to the Alhambra (on my own), the tickets were only 10-12 euros. These people are liars and scammers!! I’m so disappointed and disgusted!!

El precio que cobrais por las entradas de la alhambra no corresponde con el precio oficial de las taquillas,tampoco hay opción a los descuentos para mayores...

Vergüenza la que deberíais de tener para aprovecharos de las personas.¡No compréis nada allí!

He reservado entradas para ver también los Palacios Nazaríes y encima cobráis 49€ cada entrada. Sin vergüenza!!!! No os escribo mejor lo que opino para no ponerme a vuestro nivel. Ponéis de asegurarse reserva los tickets para los Palacios y luego abajo, en que está incluido, pone que lo estàn. Habéis arruinado un regalo de cumpleaños para una mujer que no podrá volver nuevamente en el futuro. Sin vergüenzas!!!

La verdad que me ha defraudado. Debes entregar mucha documentacion , el sistema para sacar la entrada no es versátil, te envian dos folios por cada entrada , peor que cuando te compras una vivienda, y no especifica mediante alguna alerta via email , que puedes ver el generalife , alcazaba y partal durante todo el dia excepto el palacio de los Nazaries que debes sacar la entrada con al menos media hora antes , porque esta en la otra punta, en definitiva, muy desorganizado todo.

Espero que lo solucionen , porque es una lastima que en un monumento tan impresionante, sea tan desastrosa la gestion de las entradas

No tiene sentido si tengo una entrada digital, tengo que ir a otra taquilla que queda a 10 minutos porque debo validar la tarjeta joven (podrían especificarlo en el correo de maneras mas visible), entre que preguntabas a varios empleados donde se encontraba la segunda taquilla para validar la tarjeta joven, que se limitaban a decir “ir por la cuesta”, ninguno ofreció una buena indicación y mucho menos acompañarnos, pues terminamos ADIVINANDO el camino por 30 minutos bajo el diluvio de lluvia, y para colmo nos dicen que tenemos que darnos prisa porque la entrada es a las 8:30, me parece muy poca consideración, un abuso total que un monumento TAN importante como lo es La Alhambra, tenga una terrible logística para validar un ticket. Malas indicaciones, terrible logística, poquísimo consideración. Decepcionante total. Nos fuimos sin la oportunidad de vivir la experiencia y con un mal sabor de la atención

Helemaal niet tevreden. We betaalden 42€ per persoon, maar door de staking van de boeren op de snelweg richting Granada, zaten we midden in de file, en dit voor 7 u.
Het was onmogelijk om ons geld terug te krijgen, en ook niet mogelijk om de datum te verplaatsen, we werden enkel doorverwezen naar de contactpagina van Alhambra zelf, waar ze totaal niet vriendelijk waren en ons ook niet wilden verder helpen. Echt oplichterij!
