Wow. This was my 2nd foray into the world of Algorithm Trading and it has been an unmitigated disaster from the minute I brought my account online. First off, I am a big boy investor and I will certainly be able to weather these losses. That said, here is a quick review of my experience after 1 year with the Algo Exchange.

In March of 2025 I paid this company $7350 for their trading software/license. I then funded my account with $25,000 and we were off to the races. I had a few positive months of returns but the bottom line is that after 1 year my account is now worth $20,603. I have also paid this company their $197 monthly trading fee (never really figured out what this actually pays for) totaling $1576. So to summarize I have invested $33,926 and 1 year later it is now worth $20,603 during one of the greatest bull markets on the planet. In my opinion this company has gone completely off the rails.

The one bright spot has been their customer service.
My Rep Berhan A has been very responsive and bent over backwards to guide me as I have been trying to get my hands around this company and their whacky algorithm software. Save your money!!!!

I am very pleased with my results and the customer service of Algo Exchange. These guys have always been professional, engaging, and candid about their results.

I have been running Algo Exchange Millennium on a IRA account for 18 months now and am up 37%. I chose Millennium because it had the flattest up and to the right equity curve and had a peak drawdown of 14%. I personally am running it only at 75% of the recommended scale (yes I scaled DOWN) because I wanted to target a peak DD of 10%. Note this algo did go into a period of drawdown that lasted for 7 months for me, but as a percentage wise it was acceptable, and it was consistent with the model, so I let it run.

I see a lot of negative comments on here, and I do believe those clients jumped strategies and scaled up. Scaling up increases DD -> increases drawdown -> increases emotion -> reduces resolve to let systems the time to realize their statistical edge. I do think the secret to getting rich quick is to do it slowly.

My client rep is Mark, and prior to that is was Jason. Both of them have been upstanding and genuinely looking out for what's best for me. I have tried a lot of algo companies and this is rare.

I'm an engineer and don't have a ton of time to trade, and was looking for something I could let run with low drawdown and get good returns on one of my accounts I had just sitting in mutual funds going nowhere, AE did deliver for me.

REFUND REQUEST IS WORST! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Beware of Bytfin.manager on Telegram they are a scam. They promise you big returns with little money and they keep asking for their commission before you get your funds. Which you will never get, only excuse. The App they use is app.rapidaitraders.com it is a fake app they use to give you false hope.

I have joined Algo about two years ago. I have been using one of their routine in on one of my IRA accounts and it has been running independently. So far, my account has netted around 50%. I am very pleased with their services.

Jake from Algo is such a knowledgable and easy guy to work with! Knows his stuff, got a platform and product that actually delivers beyond the promises. Couldn't be happy with their performance and can't thank them enough for their help!

I have consistently lost money with them. Here is my take...if you like gambling, this is great for you! I don't believe they have any actual Algo's of their own. What they do is license Algo's from others who create them. They put it on their platform and let it coast..if it does great, you'll see it rise to the top, the poor ones fall to the bottom. You might choose a good one, and then it starts doing poorly, you might choose a poor one and then it might do well. There is zero actual strategy other than luck. The S&P might be 20%, and half their Algo will lose anyway...I basically lost money every month with the exception of 1 or 2, overall this past year I lost about 35%! So what's the point + their heavy buy in fee...don't waste your time. My Recommendation is finding a company that does this better. I DON'T think they are a scam! But they do not do this well, this I can say certainly.

I was in Cairo for 4-5 months, Cairo had one good month in April (out of 12, and the rest were lower than the S&P, so if you're a gambler go for it, if you miss that month you've lost money the rest of the year (give or take). Enjoy
Pershing, Falcon V2, V3, Raptor - were all doing great when I joined - and now they are all down and in the red...
So you have 17 Algos, and you're pointing to the 1 that happens to be doing well at the moment, or has had a good streak - even for 4 years...good luck to the investors who picked the 1 out of 17 thats not tanked - or gone flat on average. That's gambling.
I am fine with a 35% drawdown - that happens, markets dip. But 12 months of losses when the market is doing great - is simply a bad system, and bad set of Algos. This is why I don't recommend it - my responsibility is to let future investors know. I'm not angry - just disappointed, and think there are much better ways to make money, and more fun places to gamble! This is neither. I would have been much better with the S&P. It had a great year - while I did not, thanks to you.

17 Algos - 8 made money, 11 lost money (which you don't mention) only 3 beat the s&p! all of them wildly inconsistent = gamblers also win sometimes.

I am a client of Algo Exchange and even met with the CEO, Austin for a few hours. When the CEO personally gives time to the clients, this is the correct company. The number of Algorithms and users made me feel better. Others may love the dollar amount clients invested using the system.

This has been the worst investment I've ever made. After a year, my account is down 40% when my self-managed fidelity account is up 48% in the same time period. I've changed to different products at the advice of my rep but very disappointed in the outcome.

Over the past 12 months I have lost 30%. They showed me the cumulative loss was 40%. I was told on my call when I was sold this that the average monthly return was 2%-4% per month. After paying 10k for "license" along with a presentation showing me all the gains I would have gotten in the past 2 years, I shouldn't be in the red 30%. This is irresponsible and non-compliant. If I don't get a satisfactory resolution, I am filing a complaint with the SEC and any other regulatory agency that is appropriate. You can't throw out false offers and take people's money like that. I'm about to unleash furry on this company.

what a scam, they charge over 10k just to have their systems trade for you, plus a monthly charge...you dont own the system, you cant see the code for the systems, and their results are all hypothetical, not real time, even they say they are...SCAM,

I have lost 15% in the past year. 25% if you count the fees. Not a single algo made money. Disastrous results. I cannot warn you strong enough. I gave them LOTS of time and all I got was bigger losses. The response below was a joke. That algo was down over 10% and I was advised to get out of it at the time. ALL of the others lost money. Nice job cherry picking one strategy that made money in one small window of time. I repeat DON'T GIVE THESE GUY'S YOUR MONEY!!! There is reason that they want paid in full up front!

Accounts did nothing but run in the negative. Was advised to switch algos, nothing changed. Disconnected at about a 20% drawdown. Of 9 months I'm not sure any ran in the positive so numbers are inaccurate. Now they continue to charge me monthly fees after trying to cancel for two months. Was told last month would be credited back, not only was that accurate but they charged once again.

This service is a scam. thy never pay.

Started in jun, was in pershing, switched to apollo in jul apollo is up 73%ytd here at mid dec. US based US stocks.

The AlgoExchange team has been courteous from the start and the respectful follow-up since joining has been refreshing. I'm currently exceeding expectations in returns and have had full control over my funds form the start.
I've already recommended them to some friends and plan to increase my investment amount after the holidays.

Started with Pershing lost money, changed to Apollo making money. Make sure you look at all algos you qualify for with your intended investment amount. Apollo is the only one making money, but it is making money (74.3% ytd Dec 6). Also all onshore trading with us companies. Cannon, Stonex, Advantira, all great.

I was skeptical at first but decided to try this new way of trading using Ai. I now 61% gains in just under the first three months and looking to increase my position in the exchange.
