I had a really great experience with Alfie Web Solutions

I had a really great experience with Alfie Web Solutions. There was a small billing issue on my account, and although their terms state a strict no-refund policy, Alfie personally stepped in, investigated the situation, and made an exception to ensure everything was handled fairly.

On top of that, their pricing is very affordable, and the support team is outstanding: always responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a service that combines fair pricing with such high-quality customer care.

Communication throughout was clear and professional, and I truly felt valued as a client.

Big thanks to Alfie and the team for going the extra mile, highly recommended if you’re looking for reliable service with excellent support!

WORST SERVICE EVER

Terrible service! The support team are out of line, they are incredibly rude and toxic for no apparent reason. They also consistently provide products that always happen to break or malfunction and refuse to fix it. I wouldn't recommend this poor quality yet very crappy service to anyone.

I've had best Experience.

I've had a outstanding experience with Alfie web solutions, My discord server was before running a very out dated I came across Alfie, and he has helped set up and sort my discord Moderation BOT, which is perfect because it's not just a Ticket bot, It's mod my server 24/7 giving me peace of mind, when I'm not their on my computer. Alfie has been fantastic explaining all the steps clearly and helped me get setup fast and easy, 10/10 would Recommend anyone who is interested in these kind of services, Alfie is really your guy, thank you Alfie for my Bot & Amazing website.

Great email hosting, great support

The Owner (Alfie) has been very helpful. I was having trouble setting up the email hosting, but Alfie got me up and running within 10 minutes! Thanks! Oh, and it's very affordable. Would recommend
