You have shipped my order three days late and I had an international flight and needed these vitamins for my sister. Now I am gone without the vitamins. Also I have requested to pick them up myself and your supervisor did not help and said just NO and they email me with more details.

Please understand that our policy is very clear at check out. Our orders fulfilled within 1-2 business days all depending on how big your order is. Once shipped it can take from 2-5 business days to arrive unless you request overnight/Express shipping. We highly encourage you to calculate a good amount of time before placing an order to ensure something like this does not happen to you again.
As far as picking up the order, we are sorry to tell you that we do not do pick up, as we have warehouses around the nation and your order leaves from the most convenient and closer warehouse possible, which may not be to a driving distance to you.

We aren't perfect, unfortunately, but we try really hard to avoid mistakes and when they happen we give our 100% attention until its fixed. As you mentioned above we provided you with a paid return label and your correct items are on its way via express.
As far as looking for a post office...did you know that if you have the label and box ready you can give it to your USPS mail person from home?
Hope this information helps you understand that perfect you won't find here, but you sure will find the best quality products in the market at affordable prices with excellent and fast customer service.
