High quality products
After an initial delay in responding, the service couldn't have been better. I was directed towards the right products and when ordered the handles arrived quickly. The quality is top.
I will be using Alfa Ferramenta again in the future.

Am gasit la ei un pret foarte competitiv asa incat m-am decis sa comand, cu livrare in Romania. Am avut emotii, dar totul a decurs perfect. Am discutat cu ei pe whatsapp, am plasat comanda cu plata in avans, iar produsele mi-au fost livrate prin UPS courier, in termenul stabilit. Produsele au fost exact cele comandate, de calitate, superbe.
Ho trovato un prezzo molto competitivo, quindi ho deciso di ordinare con consegna in Romania. Ero un po' preoccupato, ma è andato tutto alla perfezione. Ho comunicato con loro tramite WhatsApp, ho effettuato l'ordine con pagamento anticipato e i prodotti mi sono stati consegnati tramite corriere UPS, entro i tempi previsti. I prodotti erano esattamente come li avevo ordinati, di alta qualità, eccellenti.

I ordered 20 pieces of the Meroni Lock…
I ordered 20 pieces of the Meroni Lock Nova N12 in silver finish. The product images on the website clearly show a complete set, including the knob, latch, and strike plate. I also added extra rosettes for each knob when placing the order.
A few days ago, I received the shipment and upon opening it, I realized that only the knobs were included. The latch and strike plate were missing. Additionally, the plastic components were grey instead of the black finish shown in the product images.
I immediately checked the website listing again and noticed, only then, a note in the description stating that the product does not include the latch and strike plate. This was a significant and very unexpected surprise, as the visuals strongly suggest a complete set.
From my previous experience ordering Meroni products, the sets typically included all necessary components, so this was not something I anticipated. It feels misleading that essential parts are excluded and only mentioned in small text in the description, especially when the images clearly show a full installation set.
If I had been aware of this beforehand, I would have purchased locally instead of placing the order through this website.

They need to communicate better with orders that are delayed for some reason.
I am still waiting for the goods but hopefully they I’ll be delivered soon
