Alex Moving is an Iowa-based moving company serving residential and office moves throughout the Midwest, along with long-distance interstate moves across the United States. We know moving can feel stressful. Customers worry about communication, fragile items, family furniture, glass pieces, delivery timing, and unexpected charges. Our goal is to make the process clear before moving day and to handle each shipment with care from pickup to delivery. We help with homes, apartments, townhomes, and business offices. Our services may include furniture protection, packing assistance, loading, transportation, unloading, and standard furniture disassembly and reassembly when needed. We treat every move like it matters, because it does. Some items may not look expensive, but they can still be personal, sentimental, or difficult to replace. Furniture is protected with moving blankets and wrapping materials, and fragile or special-care items are handled with extra attention. Communication is a big part of our service. During long-distance moves, we stay available and provide shipment updates upon request whenever route information is available. Alex Moving is licensed and insured. We focus on careful handling, clear communication, punctual service, and respectful treatment of every customer’s belongings.

Conscientious service
Alex Moving transported a large upright piano for me. They were conscientious in packing and padding it. It was delivered without a scratch to its new owner. I placed a lot of trust in them and highly recommend them.

Kudos to the Alex Moving LLC
Alex and Yura arrived on time with the necessary equipment to move a family we are sponsoring from their second story apartment to their larger apartment on the third floor of another building across town. They maintained a positive attitude about a challenging effort which included a week long stop at a storage spot due to differences in dates from move out and move in.
They are strong, efficient and very honest. They treated the family’s possessions carefully and the family with respect.
