When I made my purchase I had not read the bad reviews, so I was feeling a little worried about my order. However it arrived on time! Along with a little sample :)
The fragrance itself is absolutely gorgeous so 5 stars from me.

Bought a Perfume 2 months ago had a problem picking up the perfume from the post office. Package got returned and i have kept contacting them about my refund. Awful customer service, AVOID AT ALL COST!

Ho ordinato dall'Italia, ero un po' scettico e preoccupato, ma in pochi giorni mi è arrivato il profumo ordinato, l'assistenza mi ha supportato discretamente e il corriere a cui si affidano per le consegne europee è tra i migliori. Il profumo che ho ordinato è fantastico, una loro creazione originale tanto acclamata sui social, mi ha sorpreso, davvero un profumo paragonabile a profumi di nicchia, peccato solo che la confezione avesse un po' di polvere, ma in generale li consiglio nonostante le elevate spese di spedizione 👌🏻

I purchased a 50ml bottle of Dark Knight (clone of By Kilian's Black Phantom) and sprayed it on a tester, and my heart sank. It was an extremely weak scent which just smelled nutty. I then sprayed it on my skin and they same terrible experience.
No hint of caramel, rum, coffee or sugar cane sweetness whatsoever! It's meant to be a sexy gourmand fragrance but my particular bottle just smells of heliotrope and almonds. Very bland and extremely weak. It literally becomes a skin scent immediately.

Now, the company doesn't accept returns where the bottle has been opened or if the consumer doesn't like the fragrance. However, when the fragrance lacks the performance and smells NOTHING like what it is cloning, then there needs to be exception in their policy. It seems extremely unethical and unfair to just outrightly deny a refund. There's one thing not liking the ACTUAL smell of Black Phantom (which I love!) but this doesn't resemble it in the slightest.
I'm not sure if this company is aware of the Consumer Rights Act but if they product they sell is not as expected in terms of performance etc then the consumer has the right for a refund. A one-time exception MUST be made for situations like this.

As it stands, I cannot recommend buying from Alexandria Fragrances. Having read the other reviews on here (all 1 star! bar one) it all speaks for itself really.

Ho trovato un profumo di questo brand su fragrantica ed ero curiosa di comprarlo per fare un regalo al mio ragazzo. Provenendo dagli Stati Uniti la spedizione, ovviamente, è stata abbastanza costosa (quasi più del prodotto stesso). Il profumo in sé è arrivato impacchettato in modo molto rigoroso con la scritta fragile. L’aroma era esattamente come me l’aspettavo.
Sono stata molto soddisfatta del tracking che è rimasto preciso tutto il tempo e i tempi di spedizione sono stati davvero veloci.
Unica nota dolente è stata la dogana all’arrivo, me l’aspettavo ma avrei preferito essere avvertita dal sito stesso su cosa mi sarei dovuta aspettare.

They never respond to questions and also Imran is arrogant. I used to buy from here 5 years ago and now that they've grown its a completely different experience

Abysmal customer service. No telephone number and ignore your emails. Bought 2 perfumes spent £125 plus shipping on 29 December. Received nothing till date and trying to contact them for support. Im just being ignored. Unluckily for me I didn’t see the reviews here before purchasing. Never again. You have been warned

I wrote a negative (2/5) review about one of their perfumes, because the quality was suboptimal. It hasn't been published.

Seems like they only publish positive reviews.

Don't bother ordering, they'll just cancel your order without warning.

I've ordered a few times and although the fragrances are OKAY the customer service is abrupt and almost to the point of rudeness.

My latest order has just been cancelled without any warning, they've had the payment and after a few emails have just ignored me.... After this I'll be buying from perfume parlour who have much better customer service and pretty much the same quality.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... AVOID!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED .

A product was ordered (12620), payment taken, "dispatched", "signed for" and "delivered", however product has not shown up, the the signature was nothing remotely familiar to anyone in our household. Dave on chat was as helpful as chocolate teapot, and Imran over email states "if tracking states it's delivered then as far as we are concerned it's delivered". Now left in a state of limbo as to where the ordered item is. This is an ongoing "case", so I expect many twists and turns ahead, so will update this when any resolution is reached. However, as this is the season where you may feel to use this company, be warned, that should you have any issues, you'll be treated like you're the scammer, and if you haven't received your item, then it's all your fault.

I use the UK website and these guys are my new go-to for my fragrances.

The customer service is second to none. For a small company, they dispatch very quickly, even with large orders.

The fragrances themselves are great. If they don't completely match their inspirations, they usually improve upon them in some way.

Bottles are always filled right to the brim. You certainly get your money's worth.

Straight off the bat, these fragrances smell good and easy to wear. But give it a month or so to mature and the scents become much stronger and smell even better. A sign of a high quality product.

I've bought over 15 bottles from this company. I'm a very happy customer - my girlfriend is highly impressed with them, too - and will use again and again.
