After selling my business, I have been looking for opportunities to create passive income while making ethical investments.

I had some money that was stagnating in the UK banking system. I stumbled upon the company Alexander Peter and made tentative contact to discuss a possible plan. He was always available either on the phone, email or more often through WhatsApp as our relationship developed. He was able to to answer all of my questions, no matter how foolish or trivial either in person or through his contacts. After much debate I invested in Social Housing with the assistance of Yield Investing who John introduced me to. Between John and Yield I was walked through the process and now have an income from stagnant money and a Social Housing Unit.
Having seen the benefit of putting my money to work providing a small income and a house for someone else I looked at moving money I had put into a QROPS. I once more discussed options with John and decided that there was enough to purchase another Social Housing Unit.
