Einfach nur unverschämt – absolut enttäuschender Kundenservice

Ich habe kaum getragene Sneaker, die innen an der Ferse plötzlich Löcher bekommen haben. Nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktierte, musste ich in verschiedenen E-Mails immer wieder neue Fotos schicken – von allen möglichen Seiten, plus Kaufbeleg usw. Nach fast zwei Wochen kam dann eine unverschämte Antwort: Man könne die Schuhe nicht reparieren und ich sei vermutlich selbst schuld, weil ich angeblich mit einem Schuhlöffel darin „herumgestochert“ oder sie ohne Öffnen der Schnürsenkel angezogen hätte.

Ich behandle meine Sachen immer äußerst pfleglich – diese Unterstellung ist schlicht falsch und beleidigend. Kein Bedauern, kein Entgegenkommen, kein Angebot für ein vergünstigtes neues Paar – einfach nur die Schuldzuweisung an den Kunden. Ich bin wirklich sprachlos

Last year I bought a beautiful red dress. However, the bright red colour is fading away while I am wearing it (only a few times). The inner side is still the same bright colour but the outside is bit by bit more pale red. For a high end brand this is very disappointing. I am afraid it will be soon to scruffy to show.

LISTEN PEOPLE!! Those of you who loves fashion and can afford Alexander McQueen!! Please don’t waste your money!! Shoe is hard and uncomfortable and the sole fades and I only wear on special occasions since they are so expensive!!! Again‼️ Find a new Brand‼️

Most arrogant company in the world. They don't take any responsibility for anything. I got at least 15 pairs of alex McQueen and 2 times the shoes had issues in the first week. I went back to the shop, they sent the pair to Italy and after months they told me they can't take any responsibility, even sketchers have better support. I have never seen more arrogance. They won't own up to their mistakes.

I bought sneakers ,shoes makes squees I can not even wear makes so much noise , can't return I wore them so disappointed

Emmanuel du service client est vraiment incompétent, se fous des gens …me dit que c’est de ma faute si le cuir se déchire en bas de la languette car c’est du à une mauvaise utilisation ….honteux de sa part de répondre ça aux clients …..ne veut rien faire ni les réparer ni de geste commercial

I received a pair of Alexander McQueen shoes as a gift, and when one of the rivets came loose, I simply wanted to buy a replacement. However, the customer service I encountered was beyond absurd.

They refused to help me because I didn’t have proof of purchase, even though I was perfectly willing to pay for the rivet. Apparently, they need proof of purchase to "protect the rights of the original buyer" and "trace the purchase." How does wanting to buy a spare part damage anyone's rights? I’m not asking for a refund or a replacement – just a tiny rivet.

To top it off, Emmanuel, the representative, went as far as making parts of his email bold, implying I didn’t understand what he was saying. Talk about treating customers like idiots! If I were his manager, I’d be seriously questioning his problem-solving skills.

This is not about “luxury” service; this is an out-of-touch attitude that lacks basic customer care.

It’s just a rivet! If your whole process is so inflexible that it can’t handle such a simple issue, there’s a serious problem with your customer service.

Guys, IT WAS A GIFT! Life happens, and sometimes you don’t have the receipt. Get off your high horse and deal with real-world situations.

This is a joke. A tiny rivet for a pair of shoes that cost hundreds, and I can’t even get it fixed. I am honestly speechless how low this is.

Long-time customer turned to a never-again buyer.

Alexander McQueen items are junk. My $300 keychain fell apart (made in china) and all I get is a run around or hung up on when I call. Avoid this over priced junk

I have a pair of Alexander mcqueen shoes. Unfortunately the sole has come away due to wear and tare. I emailed Alexander mcqueen and asked if they could help. I said that the normal repair shops will not repair them as they r expensive shoes.
I emailed head office. They asked for pictures and receipts. I provided everything I could. I even said I would pay for the repairs.
I was told because I purchased the shoes at Harvey Nichols, Alexander mcqueen will not repair my shoes.
They told me to have a nice day!
I will not be buying any more Alexander mcqueen products.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by Alexander McQueen. As a loyal customer, I expected a level of professionalism and fairness that is fitting for a luxury brand, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I ordered a pair of sneakers in the wrong size. After trying them on once inside my apartment, I promptly returned them in their original packaging. Despite following all return guidelines, my refund was denied with the baseless claim that the shoes were “worn.” This is simply not true.

They claimed a “second review” of the return but failed to provide any meaningful explanation or evidence to support their decision. Instead of addressing my detailed concerns, they repeatedly sent generic emails, ignoring the facts I presented. No one bothered to reach out via phone, even though I requested it multiple times.

I have successfully returned items before in the same condition without issue, showing I am a responsible and honest customer. However, this time, they completely dismissed my concerns.

The lack of accountability and dismissive attitude from their customer service team is appalling. They seem more interested in avoiding refunds than resolving genuine customer concerns. This is unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on luxury and high standards.

I will be pursuing legal action if my refund is not processed promptly. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping with Alexander McQueen to think twice, especially if you expect fair treatment and reliable customer support.

Avoid this brand unless you want to risk being treated with complete disregard.

A while ago, I purchased a pair of shoes from Alexander McQueen. As a loyal customer who had always been satisfied with their products, I expected nothing less than exceptional quality. What a mistake! After wearing the shoes only twice, the leather was already damaged. For a brand in this price range, this is not only disappointing but downright outrageous.

Since I still had a warranty, I assumed the issue would be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. After months of waiting and endless communication, the store did absolutely nothing to address the problem. Absolutely nothing! This shows a complete lack of respect for their customers and service that is embarrassingly poor.

I want to warn everyone to stop buying from this brand. The quality now seems comparable to budget brands like Primark, but the prices are thousands of times higher. It feels like a scam, executed in a way that leaves you powerless. This company takes no responsibility and appears to care only about profit, with no regard for their customers or products.

Se hicieron agujeros en la suela esta hueca me duraron 2 meses y empezaron a tener un desgaste exagerado en la suela

Wenn man etwas reklamieren will und es zurückschicken möchte dann muss man erstmal 100 Fragen beantworten und Bilder schicken die nicht mal in der Email wegen der MB rein passen .

Je confirme chaussures de très mauvaises qualités pour le prix des nike ou adidas tiennent bien mieux dans le temps j’ai acheté plusieurs paires en tous je sais de quoi je parle le sav décline toute responsabilité comme toujours

Die Qualität ist eine reine Katastrophe. Der Kundenservice lässt ebenfalls stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Mitarbeiter sind offensichtlich nicht ausreichend geschult, beherrschen die Sprache nur unzureichend und gehen überhaupt nicht auf die Fragen und Anliegen der Kunden ein. Es scheint, als ob sowohl das Produkt als auch der Service in keiner Weise den Erwartungen und Standards entsprechen was man bei den Preisen aber bieten sollte.

Such a horrible quality of shoes that don’t even last for a year.. even worse when you send it back for a repair they don’t even wanna take responsibility for their bad product claiming that its my fault for taking bad care of it. How is a tear in a shoe and squeaky sound my fault??!
