I met Alisha back in 2023 after catching myself in a downward spiral. (I'd never paid for therapy but I've been in and out of the NHS therapies from my late teens to my thirties). I was in a cycle or depression, anxiety stemming from trauma. I could have periods of remission and then something would trigger my PTSD and I'd be floored feeling back to square one. After my initial meeting, I immediately knew I liked Alisha- she was warm and friendly but also direct in her explanations. I couldn't believe quite how wonderful the therapy sounded but I was optimistic and open minded. After my first session I noticed the difference in myself compared to other therapies I'd had before- I was energised rather than drained. As time went on I had moments where I ought to have been triggered but I saw a new calm self taking things in my stride. I can honestly say working with Alisha was truly life changing! I'm only sad I didn't meet her sooner to help me process my trauma much earlier so I could be the empowered person I see myself as now. Huge thanks for all your help and expertise x

The Transformational therapy was excellent. I have tried other therapies in the past but this one was far more effective with quick results that I would never have imagined possible. Many thanks to Alesha for her professionalism and compassion throughout the six week process. Life is so much better, I’m now the person I was always meant to be, free from the burdens of negative thought patterns, triggers and cycles. Thank you soo much for helping to free me from this. Over the course of two months we focussed in on the events/triggers that were causing my problems and systematically rationalised and cleared each one with BWRT.
Alesha then moved into a stage of understanding what really motivates me in life and then developed a tool kit of techniques to ensure that I stay motivated, positive and rational in every aspect of my life!

It took no time at all to feel safe with Alesha. Her compassionate understanding and intuitive insight made my journey with her through BWRT easy. I moved from living in a state of paralysis, crippled by phobias and the scars of severe abuse, to living a life of self-directed empowerment and freedom. I have been seeing Alesha for BWRT and Timeline Therapy. Alesha is very good at putting you at ease and building trust which makes Therapy so much easier. The techniques she uses started making a real difference very quickly and after several sessions the old problems are a thing of the past. Definitely recommended.

After trying different forms of therapy unsuccessfully, I went to Alesha for BWRT, I can honestly say that this was the best thing I’ve done, and it’s changed my life for the better, and it only took a few sessions.
