Customer Service, the Rewards Program and let’s not forget about how beautiful and functional the clothes are is why I shop at Alembika. I went to a play recently and I was waiting for my car and four woman walked by me and told me they loved my dress!

Une superbe expérience vestimentaire, avec des formes différentes et des couleurs très classe. Un peu difficile de saisir exactement la grandeur ( par taille de 1 à 6 ) mais un coup que l’expérimentation est passé, les grandeurs sont très bien, et ne change pas d’un morceau à un autre. L’aide pour le retour est fantastique, on a des nouvelles rapidement, et avec grand respect. J’adore le feeling des vêtements sur moi!!

Everything about this business is top level! The merchandise quality is incredible, the designs are unique and made for women of all shapes and sizes. Every garment I have purchased fits like it was made just for me. I am not exaggerating when I say almost half of my wardrobe is from Alembika! Alembika gives me interesting, flattering fashion that makes me feel confident. Almost more importantly, I feel that, going on 70 years old, I actually have a little flare for the first time in my life. I found Alembika about a year ago after needing new clothes due to weight loss. In that year I have bought at least 15 pieces and I watch their site obsessively for sales and new offerings. Alembika is also quickly responsive to inquiries, and the free shipping and loyalty rewards are the icing on the cake. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself and stand out a little from the crowd.

I absolutely loved my jacket , the design is fab. Exactly as described. But the postage to Australia was very excessive , I have never paid that much for any other overseas purchase would make me think twice about ordering again

First of all, there are so many things to choose from — artsy silhouettes, classic styles and colors and for casual to dressy. The customer service is 5-star quality. Responsive, quick and helpful. My favorite pieces are my iconic stretch jeans, Addison flouncy top, lightweight punto pants and essential cocoon dress in a heavy jersey.

I specifically asked if the color was yellow and was told it was bright yellow but when I received the pants they were chartreuse! Although I was disappointed I kept them because the fit is so beautiful and I already had a top that matched perfectly!
