I signed up for a free 3-day trial with A-Leads. Before the trial ended, I cancelled my subscription as instructed. However, on September 20, 2026, they charged €896.54 ($990) to my card.

I have no explanation for this charge since I cancelled within the trial period and did not authorize any paid subscription. I immediately reached out to their support team requesting a refund, but have received zero response.

A-Leads appears to use a predatory billing model that charges customers after they've cancelled their trial. Their support team is completely unresponsive to refund requests.

This isn't a billing mistake. This is intentional fraud targeting free trial users, betting that most people won't pursue a chargeback or leave a review.

Save yourself the hassle and the fraudulent charge. There are legitimate alternatives that won't steal your money and actually respond to customers.

I signed up for the A-Leads trial and was charged $99. I was not expecting this charge and immediately tried to contact their customer support to resolve the issue.

The biggest problem is that there is effectively no customer support. I have sent emails and attempted to get assistance, but I have received no response and no meaningful explanation regarding the charge.

For a company offering a trial, billing should be completely transparent and customers should have a clear and accessible way to cancel or dispute an unexpected charge.

Being charged $99 and then receiving no response from customer support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering A-Leads carefully checks the trial, subscription and cancellation terms before entering payment details.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend A-Leads. The combination of an unexpected $99 charge and the lack of customer support has left a very poor impression.

This company is a scam, I have been waiting 6 months for a refund, I signed up for the 3 day trial and cancelled 20 minutes after signing up after finding out the only feature I was interested in was not available in the trial. I even confirmed it was cancelled through the portal, 10 days later they stole 990 from my account, have yet to receive a single email back or any communication whatsoever. From seeing everyone else's comments on here saying the same thing happened im thinking I should gather other victims and start a class action lawsuit

BEWARE OF A-LEADS, they will offer a TRIAL account, will show for 99$, but they will OVERCHARGE your Card, mine was $345 to $400 per month... So unfair!

Worst company kept charging even after canceling the subscription.

Scam. Avoid. They continue to charge me for multiple months despite cancellation. Now I have no option but to involve my bank. Poor/non-existent customer service.

Their cancellation system doesn't work. I cancelled on March 11, 2026 and yet they charged me on March 20, 2026. Their support chat is not available and there's no one you can talk to.

In my experience with A-Leads, the cancellation system does not work properly. Even if you cancel the service, their platform continues to show that the account has not been cancelled.

This happened to me personally and eventually turned into a legal dispute. My advice is to be very careful and keep records of all communications and cancellation attempts if you decide to work with this company.

Wow… a scam for sure.

I signed up for the 3-day trial, realised the platform wasn’t for me, and cancelled the same day. I cancelled twice, yet A-Leads still attempted to charge my card on two different occasions for two different random amounts ($99 and $59.40). None of these were authorised, and support couldn’t explain why it happened beyond saying "it was just cancelled according to Stripe."

The product itself wasn’t much better. During the trial I had to use credits to unlock emails, then discovered exporting those same leads required more credits. Support insisted it was “free to export,” but the platform blocked me from doing it because I had “used all trial credits.”

When I raised the issue of unauthorised charges, I was told they “automatically apply discounts if the card fails to help out small business owners.” That’s not a discount — that’s taking whatever amount the system can get away with. No communication, no approval, and no accountability for charges after cancellation.

The whole experience felt shady from start to finish. I’ve reported the transactions to my bank and won’t be using this service again.

My experience with A-Leads was disappointing from the start. Their ads promised 50 free leads with no strings attached, but after signing up and verifying my email, the offer suddenly changed to 2 months free, and then again to just a 3-day trial. That kind of inconsistency shows a lack of transparency and professionalism.

Instead of helping me generate leads or build trust, they wasted my time and used misleading marketing to get sign-ups. If a company can’t be honest about its offers, I can’t trust the quality of its leads or service. I would advise others to be very cautious before providing any information to them.

I was one of the first beta users who supported the founder (Denniz) with his request for early payment before the tool was built. He found innovative ways to keep extending the deadlines to end of week to next week to next month to next to next month.

Finally, after a 2 month delay, he launched a buggy software under the pressure of his first few users asking for refunds. He even promised them that the actually useful features will be shipped in the coming "days" and that everyone who waited through his deadline extensions would be given additional credits as compensation(hint: neither of it happened) .

But that's not the worst part of the experience. The worst part was that he never allowed (at least me) to even use the software for the first payment that he took. He just assumed it was donated money. He launched his useful features after several days from the first beta launch and when i tried to get his support for not being able to use it despite my available credits all i got was radio silence from Denniz and a new invoice from one of his employees!

Sharon made the onboarding process as easy as possible, giving a clear vision of what our company could be with the help of lead-generating services. We’ve had consistent results with our campaigns, and we’re excited to see what else A Leads can provide in the future!

It’s never easy to find the right investors for a startup company. “A Leads” connected us with top investment banks, which was great working with you guys.

My workload shifted from finding and managing to mainly managing the quality deals I am now able to generate.

This is a vital tool and better use of my time.
