Mi experiencia fue en una tienda de Santigago de Compostela. Llegué haciendo el Camino y entré en la tienda buscando algo de ropa que no fueran unas mallas y una camiseta de deporte. Era sabado por la tarde y todo estaba cerrado. La tíenda tenia varios kimonos (kaftan) y me gustó uno pero estaban un poco arrugados, entendible pues estarán del almacén.
El tema es que decidí que esa prenda me servia para el día y quise llevarmela puesta pero estaba tan arrugada que no acababa de convercerme. Me acerqué a un empleado y le pregunté por la misma prenda, pero otra, para ver si conseguia una que me pudiera llevar al momento. Aunque en principio el chico no me entendió muy bien, cuando le dije q estaba un poco arrugada para llevarmela puesta, le faltó tiempo para cogerla y meterse en el almacén... diciendo: voy a ver si logro plancharla un poco. Al rato salió y me la devolvió, me dijo que era todo lo que habia podido hacer ...y la verdad, mucho mejor, suficiente para llevarmela puesta. No era un planchado perfecto, además esta tela se arruga con mirarla pero yo me la pude poner y ya fuí aparente.
Me gusta que me faciliten las cosas, y en este caso, no se me ocurre un trato mejor.

Presso ALE-HOP del centro di Ferrara ho acquistato un cavo USB-C per ricaricare un cellulare. Una volta provato a casa, ho notato che il connettore non si inseriva correttamente nel dispositivo, rendendo impossibile la ricarica.

Dopo quattro giorni sono tornata in negozio per chiedere un cambio con un prodotto diverso, poiché il cavo sembrava difettoso e probabilmente lo erano anche gli altri dello stesso tipo. Tuttavia, non avendo più lo scontrino, mi è stato detto che non era possibile effettuare alcun cambio.

Ho chiesto cortesemente a una commessa se potesse verificare l'acquisto nel sistema informatico, ma mi è stato risposto che non risultava nulla.

Capisco di aver sbagliato a non conservare lo scontrino, ma trovo inaccettabile che:
- vengano venduti prodotti potenzialmente difettosi senza un controllo di qualità,
- e che in negozio non ci sia modo di tracciare un acquisto recente, nemmeno con data e orario approssimativi.

Un servizio clienti più flessibile e attento avrebbe fatto la differenza. Purtroppo, un’esperienza DELUDENTE.

El envío es patético, no lo recomiendo, me he llevado 5 días esperando un envío de pena el servicio que tienen, no lo recomiendo.

Hem comprat varies coses i a totes els manca alguna cosa: al parasol del cotxe li falten les ventoses, al dòmino hi ha una peça repetida i en falta una altra, les intruccions del lego del tiranosaure estan malament. No hi penso comprar res més. Hem picat, una i no més!

En en el ale-hop de Renfe Alicante, mi hija, menor de edad, devolvió unos auriculares, y le pidieron su nombre, su teléfono y su firma, sin permiso de ningún adulto. Investigaré y veré que medidas tomo. Espero no tener ninguna llamada rara a mí hija. Servicio PATÉTICO

Don’t buy anything in their shops. I was delighted to find a Ale hop shop in Italy because I discovered the brand last year in Spain
But 2 of the 4 little fans I bought there don’t work.
In fact, I realized they were not sealed so they probably used them to demonstrate and then sell them though they are out of order.
I sent a message to the head office who didn’t even reply. So, stay away of these shops, that will prevent being scammed.

I’ve purchased a few things from ale hop whilst we’ve been travelling through Spain and the experience has always been good until I tried to return a defective bag to the store in Cambrils yesterday. The assistant in charge was not only unhelpful she was basically rude. I didn’t have the receipt for the bag that I bought in fuengirola two weeks before, but I did have proof of purchase and showed her my credit card statement identifying the fuengirola store, the date of purchase and the exact amount I paid for the bag. She just kept shouting ’no ticket no change’. I will avoid ale hop in future and urge everyone else to avoid the Cambrils store.

Una tienda para no entrar.
Mal servicio, mala calidad.
Y los empleados de ale-hop para mandarlo de vuelta a colegio.
Para llorar
Evita de entrar en esta tienda de cachondeo.
Especialimente la tienda de ellos en calle peligro en Torremolinos.

My eldest son bought me an Ale-Hop Massager at Faro Airport as I recently had invasive surgery on a rotator cuff..
Upon going to use it the charge had not held so I got some batteries into it… the smell of burning rubber and smoke exuding from the top of it had me place it straight into the bin!!

Empresa poco seria para envíos on line…no cumplen con los plazos previstos…
No recomiendo comprar en estas tiendas on líne.

Bought a bag for my daughter in tenerife. It broke within a few hours. We popped back into the shop on our way back from being out for dinner hoping to exchange it for another bag to be told by their unhelpful customer service assistant Maria that we can't exchange or have a refund. We proved the purchase but still was told we had broke it and they sold it to us intact. Surely a bag should have more longevity than a few hours and wasn't fit for purpose to break so soon! Also Maria had no time for us pointing out she had other customers to serve and didn't have time to deal with us. Absolutely the worst customer service experience received in a long time. Always bought something from these shops when on holidays for the kids but will never step foot in one again due to their shi*e customer service and people skills. Will save my money and shop at home where there are proper laws and regulations on exchanges and refunds! Really disappointed on this occasion.

We will never buy anything from here again because of the very poor quality that means their products break within days. The company customer service is non-existent and not interested, even with a valid receipt. Both ALDI and LIDL offer cheaper and better quality products so will not visit another ALE-HOP again.

Ale Hop is a successful shop selling all sorts of items. We have visited as a family when on holiday in Europe where we see many of the outlets. I’ve bought several toys, gadgets, pens and electrical items from them. I have to say, 2 lots of earbuds I have purchased were a waste of money. The charging was erratic from the start and blue tooth connection to a iPhone 14 started to drop out frequently after 9 months. I won’t waste my money again. I shall buy from a reputable shop at home. At least I can get a refund if they fail.

Do not buy their black "floating" ball. It's practically impossible to charge and my daughter finally got it flying, dropped it once (she's 1m 40cm!!) from a height of 90cm, and it stopped working. Don't waste your money.

La calidad del producto es deplorable. Productos made in China que hasta para la baja reputación de los productos Made in China es baja

I bought for £40 a 40,000 MAH fast charge power bank . My phone has an 8000 mah battery but unbelievably this power bank can only charge this once from a flat battery. There is no way that the power bank capacity quoted is 40,000 MAH. It should be capable of charging this phone several times. I'm very disappointed. 30 day returns policy is not great .
