I had a bad experience with one of the the staff who has now left the company. Beckie then took over and she has been fantastic. Three stars only because of the bad experience at the beginning not Beckie's fault.

Try to place you with multiple lenders knowing that a decline will happen so that they can extort admin fees from you.

Really recommend When The Bank Says No. I am 20 years old and have had to jump through a lot of hoops to get my mortgage offer. Lucy Parker and Beckie Pepperrell handled my case, both of them have been extremely helpful through every step. Any questions I have had have been quickly answered in a clear and easy to understand manner. My mortgage offer came through on a friday and Beckie stayed late to get it to me so I didn’t have to wait over the weekend. Great service.
