I’m extremely disappointed with Adler Jeweller. They’ve been withdrawing $39.99 from my checking account every month since June, yet I never received any product or service in return.

I’ve tried reaching out, but haven’t gotten a response or resolution. At this point, it feels like I’ve been charged for nothing — which is unacceptable.

This has gone on for several months without explanation, delivery, or refund. I expected a reputable business, but this experience has completely eroded my trust.

I ORDERED FROM THEM BUT WANTED TO RETURN THE ITEM ONCE IT ARRIVED BUT DID NOT GET A RESPONSE ONLY AFTER 30 DAYS WHICH IS ALREADY OUT OF THE 30 DAY FREE RETURN POLICY, NOW THEY TOLD ME IT'S MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING....

ALSO...ALSO....THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM, THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME $39.99 TWICE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. GOOD THING MAY BANK DECLINED IT.

Don't buy from ALDER jewlers. Cheap products and they will charge you every month for a subscription. Scammers and BeAware people.

I made one purchase and ring was cheap. You get what u pay for BUT they been charging me $39.99 every month and I just noticed after two months and had to dispute it with my bank and change my debit card so it doesn’t keep occurring. I have never subscribed to anything. It’s a big scam! Don’t buy anything unless you want to be billed every month for nothing!

The quality is questionable; depending on the item chosen, they're completely unresponsive to messages and my credit card was charged several times WITHOUT authorization or any orders attached to it. thankfully it was stopped by my CC company, marked as fraudulent, and now I'm waiting on a new credit card

Bought a ring for a trip I was taking & never received it. They said a receipt was left that it was in my back yard. I Live in a huge condo association where all packages goes to a mail attendent to sign. I emailed them 4 times. Now I'm finding 39.99 charges every month since June, 2025 out of my checking acct. This company needs to be Shut down.

SCAM! I ordered after seeing a FB video. I did not click the link I looked them up to see if real but still a scam. Never got the items and today they tried to charge my card for $40. I am disputing the charges with my bank

Never received my order, no reply from customers service, taking out unauthorised payments. It’s been an absolute joke, FRAUD! SCAM! Do not ever order through them.

I ordered two different types of rings and they sent me the same ring. No response from costumer service. Wanted a refund because these rings do NOT look like they do in their ads and they say satisfaction guaranteed and I have had zero response from several attempts at contacting them. DO NOT waste your money here!!

If I could rate my experience negative starsI would. Adler Jewelers of Paris is a Big Scam and rip off. I received my items and it looked like it came from Clarice’s. I returned the items certified and they returned “Refused” and to this date has not replied to my emails or complaints. DO NOT use this business, it’s not reparable and has serious False advertising.

I purchased a ring from Alder Jewelers in July 2025 and later discovered they had been charging me a $39.99 monthly fee without my knowledge or consent. I didn’t catch it until 9/11/25 and now I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company. This feels like a scam tactic, and I want to warn others before they have to deal with the same headache. Please check your statements carefully and think twice before purchasing here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!! All the positive reviews are automated and done by bots! They tend to be more than one sentence long and so many from the one area (CA) which I find interesting. I’ve not seen too many from other areas giving 100% positive reviews. This outfit should be prosecuted for stealing customers money and their misleading advertising. Absolutely disgusting.

Order a ring which I never received an order or tracking. Which they did charge me $55. A month goes by and the ring appears. On the same day it was delivered i received another charge for $39. Calle my bank and they stated it was for a membership with this site. Membership for what?!?!? Called the company and they did not answer and have not returned my call.

Order came in a timely manner but the quality wasn’t what I was expecting. It was not as sparkling and realistic as I was hoping for. Even putting it on my finger, I can feel its fake. I bought a ring and 2 bands all in the same size but the thin band is too small & bigger band just feels too bulky. Pretty disappointed! Will be returning for a refund…

I purchased 2 rings on July 29th and less than 2 weeks later, they charge my account 39.99! I NEVER signed up for any subscription! SCAM!!! I disputed the charge with my credit card company and had them block this company forever! I will post on every Social media and BBB that this Company is scamming people!

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE - Will save your credit card and try to charge you multiple times. Be aware and be diligent in checking your credit card transactions.

They are scamming people!!!!
- It had mentioned it comes with the velvet box, which it did not. ( It came in a flimy bubble wrap packaging)
- It looks cheap and nothing as mentioned in the website
- Their website says it has a 30 days free return policy and they are saying "all return costs are on customers" in their reply
- They charged me an additional 39.99 USD, I don't know why?
- I tried adding a 1 star review on the Alder Paris website, but it did not let me post.
