Broken on arrival, extremely long wait
After a two week wait for delivery of wall panels, they arrived snapped, customer services said they'd replace them, then another wait for over two weeks.

We’re genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait for your panels, receive them damaged, and then have to wait again for replacements.
Unfortunately, once an order is with the transport team, there can be occasions where panels are damaged during transit, and sometimes we are unable to track every stage of the replacement shipment in real time. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we do our best to resolve these situations as quickly as possible once they are brought to our attention.
